We arrived at around 4:35pm Friday afternoon, just a bit after check in time. We found a parking spot just across, against the fence. The street is more like an alley, just enough room for a small car to drive thru. This resort is NOT ADA compliant, other than at the pools. There are no elevators, there are ramps to the first floor, tight spot in bathrooms IF you were to need to accommodate a wheelchair. Parking is atrocious. If you are lucky enough to find a parking near to your apartment, don't move the car for the duration of your stay. Guaranteed you won't find it again. We had to park 3 buildings away most of the time. Our kids bathroom sink was clogged since the Friday we arrived my husband mentioned it to the office. The Friday we were leaving still nothing had been done with the sink. There are no dressers therefore, no place to put your folded clothes away. There is a closet in each room you can hang some clothes, bring hangers. There is a pantry room, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker. Walmart neighborhood market all over the place. The resort is in a great location, just wish they were more attentive to the maintenance and the need of their patrons. They do have laundry rooms, two dollars a wash. The lazy river is small in width, 3 feet deep, drinks are allowed. If you are traveling with children they will not enjoy it. The adults take it over and this lazy river does NOT move you along, it requires your movement to keep going forward. Most of the days we were there the lazy river was fill of leaves and clippings from the palm trees. Bring your own beach umbrella ☂️ ⛱️ 🏖 🌂 and beach chairs. They are very costly, and beach tents other than for babies are NOT ALLOWED. The sand is beautiful, the water is hot. Experience it for yourself. But, take my word and be prepared. E. We stayed at the sea breeze building A in June 2022. The resort grounds were great. The water park was a huge plus. We spent a lot of time there. Our 6 year never wanted to leave. The many pools were great too. The one by the beach was very nice though almost always crowded. The indoor pool was great when it rained. The location to the beach was also great. The little snack bar by the beach and in the water park were nice. Everything was a short walk away. They're a few negatives. Inside the halls of the sea breeze were dark and gloomy. The view from the condo was pretty nice. The inside was very uninspired and ordinary. It was also pretty small. Parking was also a problem. Being close to the beach. Other guests from the resort would park by our condo. So we would a lot of the time have to park far and circle a couple of times to find a spot. I wish there was reserved spots per condo. Overall though a great place to stay. Especially if you have young children.

Great value and in good shape for it's age (35years +/-). So many pools and multiple hot tubs. The water amenities were great for our young kids. The lazy river was pretty cool too. Groceries and pharmacy super close. Plenty of restaurants in close proximity. Are the rooms perfect? - nope, but it's a beach front property in good shape. The only thing that stood out as odd was not having a carafe for the coffee maker, but a $12 maker from Walmart fixed that. Good appliances otherwise. We saved a ton of money by cooking most meals for ourselves. I'm very pleased with our week at the property and look forward to coming back.

Building B #453. Guests count on Airbnb reviews, but, I feel like owners really need to also get an honest review from their guests. It’s was evident that someone really cared about this unit at one time. I don’t think the owners have been here in quite a while. The grounds, gate, parking lot, elevator, security, and indoor areas were all ok. We felt safe the entire time. This was a very busy weekend and parking was full but we managed.

Our experience with the place was not without issues. This was not a comfortable stay. I really want this Owner to know the carpets are Absolutely filthy. Carpets: We never took our shoes off because they were that dirty. Vacuuming before our stay could not have happened as there were popcorn kernels, Pringles can lid, springs, and snack chips found in various rooms. There were lint/hair balls in the closets. Bedrooms: The furniture in the 2nd bedroom is broken. The “dressers” have broken handles, and the drawers don’t operate. We didn’t use them at all. The light “globes” in both bedroom ceiling fans had broken glass fixtures. The air conditioner worked great. The bathrooms were clean. Living room: The living room furniture was filthy. The tan chair had steaks and stains in it. One of the blue lazy boy chairs had a broken arm. In fact, it was so broken the side of the chair was just hanging. The living room carpet has huge stains all over the place. So many guests have spilled items repeatedly in the living room. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a long while. The entire carpet in the this condo needs to be shampoo’d. The entire place needs a deep clean. Bedroom: The bedroom with twin beds - both beds had blankets/quilts that were dirty. One of the beds had a Huge Hole in the quilt. It was very noticeable. We did not use the quilts as we were not comfortable using the quilts at all. We were not comfortable but we did manage to sleep. The closets in the hall and bedrooms are filthy. Those floors are so dirty. The doors of the closets should be taken off entirely. They are just free hanging and there were no hangers anywhere. We didn’t bring our own hangers. The closet was so dirty we were afraid to store our luggage inside the closets.

This review is honest feedback. We were glad to have a place to stay on a holiday week. We were glad about the vacation. We did not complain while we were staying because the things which were wrong could not be fixed that day or that week. We will not be staying in this location again. We did not see bugs (thankfully). We did go out and buy Lysol spray and Lysol wipes in order to feel a little better (cleaner) during our stay.

We are here with the family on the annual summer vacation. Not a bad price for what you get. Don't fall for the whole time sharey type spill they give you. Some coop amenities ...lazy river...pool...pickle ball...bar and grill ...karaoke...live music. So great for a family of all ages. Semi private beach. You can rent 2 beach chairs and umbrella for about 45 uck for the whole day. Parking is a bit tight and hard to find when this place is full. Check the vrbo and air bmb sites...before you call the place directly to compare prices because they are all over the place in that area. We stayed at building a and the family stayed at building b and we paid double going through vrbo.

I can't really rate the room we were in because our situation is different from normal room rental. You have alot of amenities. Pool, lazy river, sun deck, and beach access. If you get a good price on your room then it's definitely worth it if you want a beach vacation. You will have to reserve your condo about a year in advance if you want one of the beach front rooms or any room in particular really.

Big 22 story resort hotel. It has all of the basic amenities and it is within a gated resort right on the beach. The downside is just 3 elevators for the whole building, so waits can be a bit long at the wrong time. The maintenance staff seems to work very hard to keep things nice.
