My Place Hotel-Twin Falls. ID - Hotel in Twin Falls - 440 N Haven Dr, USA

We booked this hotel through bookings.com via search on Tripadvisor.com. The booking info stated that the largest room they offered would accommodate up to five guests with a sofa sleeper or rollaway bed that could be requested, and we added a request to our booking notes. This was not true, nor did the booking notes actually get to the hotel. None of the rooms have sofa sleepers and the hotel does not offer rollaway beds. The front desk staff seemed aware of this issue of third party booking sites not having accurate info about the hotel rooms and accommodations. The room was already paid for and we could not get a refund. The staff gave us a room with a recliner - "the best they could do." This wasn't comfortable nor were the beds and pillows, and luckily we only had to stay one night. Breakfast was not included with the reservation.

We enjoy this hotel because of the cleanliness and room design. It has a full size fridge, small table with 2 chairs for dining instead of a desk, and a small kitchen sink with dish soap, dish cloth and towel. The bed is comfortable and the room is easy to walk around in. ||Pet rates vary by location, but at the Twin Falls location was very reasonable, and the pet room was absent of previous owners pet hair.

I don't know why hotels here are suddenly so expensive. I just needed a place for one night to visit family. I was somewhat desperate for a last-minute booking, and I didn't look at the amenities as closely as I should have. If I had a do-over, I would book Hampton Inn for our one-night stay (same price). I don't need a full kitchen or a laundromat. I was expecting an included breakfast and a fitness center. Our room was clean and comfortable, but I guess I'm the wrong demographic.

I broke down on a road trip and needed a room for the night. I had previously never heard of this hotel chain and from the outside and lobby it looked pretty basic, but under the circumstances I did not care. Price was reasonable. Then I got to the room. It was fantastic. Very clean and well appointed. Bed was perfect. I was very impressed and will now seek out this chain when I travel in the future. I hope other locations are equally nice.

We have traveled all over the USA for past two plus years and avoid hotels in general. In a pinch due to weather we delayed in Twin Falls and found out a "My Place" was available. We'd had a great experience in South Dakota with this outfit almost 3 years ago, so chose them over the bigger chain hotels in the area for our stay in Twin Falls. They did not disappoint. Very friendly staff that are truly customer service oriented & willing to help.

Spacious and clean rooms, comfy beds. Very friendly staff. I will be back again as it is the half way point between my home and my frequent destination. Also a very quiet location.

Overall, it was a good stay. Little ways off the highway but close to food , gas, and Walmart. The room was clean and a good size. There is a small kitchenette in the room. The downside is that there is nothing in the kitchen. So its kinda pointless to have as part of the room.

For the price I paid for the room ($180), it would’ve been nice to have breakfast. The room we were given had a faulty AC unit that made everything very humid. The carpet was even sticky… thankfully we got a box fan. The combination of those issues made the stay not so enjoyable. I suggest you first make sure the AC works before you pick your room.
