My Place Hotel-Loveland, CO - Hotel in Loveland - 3975 Peralta Dr, USA

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff are great and the rooms are very well kept and clean. The room has a kitchenette but you would need to have your own cookware. We were visiting the Rocky Mountains National Park and felt this was a good value versus staying closer to the park. I highly recommend if you don’t mind the drive to the park.

Location was easy - right off the interstate with easy parking. The area seemed pretty quiet. They do offer breakfast - but at a cost. Stood and waited at front desk a bit to check in and had to use a lobby phone to call someone to come help us. We noticed this happen to a few others as well. Not very welcoming... The room we were given smelled very much of wet dog. We thought it would eventually go away with the window open and a fan going but no such luck. It made all of our luggage stink as well. We should have asked for a new room right away - that was our mistake. We did mention the issue to an employee as we were leaving and they said that's typically the room they give to people with dogs. We did not have a dog, so not sure why we were stuck in that room. Unfortunately we won't be returning customers.

I have never had such a pleasant experience with hotel staff! We are in the middle of our 3 night stay and I feel so strongly to post a positive review before we depart. My husband and I travel across the country for work, My Place- Loveland is an absolute delight. The staff is on it, the rooms are clean, the location is great. I’m very impressed and happy to be here!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel recently in August. The night we got in we smelled a very strong pungent smell, and my wife started gasping for air (she has asthma) I grabbed her inhaler and it seemed to work for awhile. The smell continued and I went down to the lobby to complain to the manager. She said several people had already complained and what we were inhaling was marijuana. She wrote down our names and said she’d let the manager know. I asked for another room but manager said she couldn’t do that. When I got back to the room the smell was strong in our room and my wife was throwing up. I took her into the shower to breathe in hot mist from shower. Shower tub didn’t drain. As an added bonus there was no shampoo or body wash. Manager never called or emailed us. It’s been almost 2 weeks. Never gonna stay here again!

Stay elsewhere! Kitchenette drain was disconnected and water drained into the cabinet. The same with the restroom. Toilet fittings leaked on the floor. Exhaust fan was removed and the room smelled like athlete's foot. Almost unbearable. The staff was notified and not accommodating whatsoever. Very dissatisfied with my stay.

We stayed here before and were quite satisfied but our last visit last week was a disappointment. When we first walked into our room there was a definite musty smell. We dealt with it but when I did some push-ups on the carpet I realized that it smelled like urine. My wife said not to complain but it was a bit of a drag. I asked about a leaky shower head and it didn't get fixed. Unfortunately our next-door neighbors had a "happy time" at 3:00 am and it was so noisy I couldn't sleep.It also seemed that some people who stayed there would hang out by the side door and sometimes prop the door open. Sorry to say, we won't be staying there in the future

Loved it! Had there been availability we would have stayed longer. The staff is super friendly and even the other long term “renters” there were easy to be around. Not often is there a hotel environment that is genuinely easy to get in the groove with. Thanks for the great stay!

This hotel was chosen for me through Priceline Pricebusters. You book and then they tell you which of three hotels you are staying at. Looks like we got bottom of the barrel. We checked in at about 130 a.m. so too late for us to go anywhere else right now. Priceline doesn't stand behind their hotel picks either. The chair looks like it was pulled out of a dumpster. It is peeling and the arms are broken down, with worn seams as well. There was an unclean odor in the room as well. Can't really place it but it's definitely stale. Lesson learned!
