Anytime we have to stay in the springs for a appointment we always come here! With lots of dietary restrictions we value cooking our own food very highly. They accommodate nicely with a kitchen and to be honest I actually use all the cabinets. Cooking our own food in the hotel room also makes it feel more like home as well, and with children it makes it all more comfortable too. Always very clean! Super grateful!

The front desk was very nice, easy parking, overall ok visit. I was a little frustrated after 14hrs of driving to have a TV in my room that didn’t work. After two visits from staff to fix it, they moved me to another room. Cleanliness seems fine, kitchen area was surprisingly nice to have even though I didn’t use it. Again a little frustrated this morning when I went to take a shower and it did not work and the handle came off. Even though I had some issues with maintenance the staff was always very nice and apologetic. Not the best stay can always be turned around by great staff. For the price and location I would give them another try but would check some of the issues I had before taking the room.

Genuinely felt like a home base on our long trip. Cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, full sized fridge, tiny stovetop, and a tiny shop in the lobby for snacks and microwave meals. Staff was excellent, every employee we met was happy to help and happy in general. You could tell the job treats them well. For a right-off-the-highway stop, our ground floor view was still breathtaking?? We could see Cathedral Rock, the mountains, and part of, I believe, the USAF Academy. I've never picked a hotel for the view much less paid extra for one, but this was gorgeous. The area is still being developed, so potentially this view will be obstructed by other businesses soon. Not highly relevant, but late at night our neighbors in the next room cooked something that smelled fantastic when we entered the hallway. They brought their own cookware, we happened to have our own dishware and eating utensils, so this is a good place for practical travelers. We loved this place so much we did our best to clean up after ourselves because it was so nice when we came in!

This was our first time ever staying at the hotel, and being a pet friendly environment...it was so clean and enjoyable. Loved the soft and cozy beds, clean bathrooms, and being able to make a nice hot cup of coffee. Overall, everything was to our liking and have no complains. Right off the freeway and easy to access. We will definitely come back again!

I've stayed here twice, booking through Hotels.com. Both experiences have been great. It is close to my work, which makes it great, but also the small kitchenettes are a definite bonus for longer stays. Checkins/checkouts have been seamless, the rooms I've had thus far have not had any issues of any kind - no noisy neighbors, clean room, comfortable bed, hot water in the morning... and refrigerator that works as well as small stove, sink, etc. As memory serves there are no pots/pans/plates/silverware.

Very nice place to stay, clean, comfortable, quiet, and easy to get to from I-25. Beautiful view of the mountains from our hotel window. Full size refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Hotel had a nice little store to pick up snacks, drinks, breakfast biscuits, etc..

10-14-2023 one Queen bed. Finally, a hotel that doesn't make me pay for a breakfast I won't eat! I was happy with everything in my room. The queen bed was comfortable, the lighting was bright (for makeup), the A/C was responsive to temperature changes and quiet, the tub drained, there was a full length mirror, the coffee maker worked, the fridge was large,... The young woman who checked me in wasn't the best as she gave me my keys and said, "Your room is on there". No it wasn't. I showed it to her and she realized she forgot to write it on the paper key holder. In any case she should have told me my room number and how to get to it, not just handed me the keys and let me figure it out. The hotel itself was perfect. There's a nearby Starbucks if that's your thing. Oh, and I really appreciated the brightly lit parking area. I drove my Acura NSX and was looking out my window to make sure it was okay. :-D

Positive: I was genuinely shocked at how clean and new-looking everything was. Traveling with my wife lately and most immaculate hotel in the last 5 stays we've had. Negative: The only thing I did not like was there was a hold for about 80% of the cost of the room ($171ish) and I was not told about that. Luckily, it was refunded by Monday but that could really hurt the finances of a person.
