MXO is the tech support team for my employer. We are always in the field and when our devices have issues it can be extremely inconvenient. Most of the time I get a fix to my issues in real time on the spot. On the rare occasion that doesn't happen I get a call back in a very timely fashion. This includes evenings weekends and holidays. One can't ask for more than that.

Since signing up with MXO this year, The IT outlook of our 60 year old business has completely evolved. The CEO and owner, Joanna, has been hands on and available to talk anytime that me or my team has had questions. Most important of all, the MXO team treats my business like its their own. MXOtech did a great job in helping us identify our shortcomings through their technology and security audit. They took it a step further and prepared a technology road map which we have been following for the last year. We’ve never worked with an IT company who was so proactive and strategic. They also did a Business Process Improvement assessment on our work-flows and eliminated hundreds of hours in manual work replacing it with technology. They go beyond help desk support and network management. We feel like we have a true technology partner.
