Mutt & Jeff's - American restaurant in Vidor - 110 S Main St, USA

Everything was great! Burger was good and the onion rings were just right. Pretty sure the ranch is home made. And they have blue bell for the milk shakes. Good food and service, I'll be back.

Ok so we go to Mutt&Jeff often, and it never disappoint , we love everything in the menu, but I love their big salad with chicken, and their ranch dressing it's so delicious I know it's made at the restaurant, kettle chips are awsome, my hubby had the steak fried steak, food is always fresh and hot, and the portions are generous, service is great, great to have a nice place like this one in our town!

Great place and great burgers and the BBQ sauce was outstanding and my wife’s chicken fried chicken was the bomb I will definitely be going back.

I’ve eaten here twice, got the Texas cheesesteak the first time and a double cheeseburger the second. My wife gets the chicken breast and man it’s some good stuff. I’m into handmade burger patties. These are and they are seasoned well. Jalapeño bun for the win. I smashed this massive burg after fasting for 15 hours. My body was very pleased.

The food was super delicious and cheap for how good the food was honestly! The restaurant was very clean as well. But the employees were the most rudest people I have ever had serve me, and I myself am a waitress. As soon as we entered the lady at the counter was was rude and acted like she didn’t want to take our order, and the whole experience after that just felt very hostile while eating. I was respectful and nice so I just don’t understand what happened but I won’t be going back on account of how bad the service was.

I ordered the BLT and a side of macaroni. The BLT was super greasy but to be honest it tasted good. The macaroni was delicious but it's literally one spoon full. It was gone before I left the parking lot because it was like 2 bites! The girl at the counter with the glasses didn't greet me even when I spoke to her. Very poor customer service from her for sure. Then I had to come back in and ask for silverware. The inside is cute and I like that people can sign the walls. But truthfully I doubt I'll go back because it's not enough for what you pay and the cashier wasn't friendly at all!!

I have been hearing how great this little place is and they did not disappoint. Had lunch there yesterday and ordered the Bbq Burger on an Hawaiian bun with sweet potato fries and it was excellent. Huge portions and the onion ring that came on the burger set it over the top. This place definitely lived up to the hype.

My wife and I just ate here for the first time on a family members recommendation. We shared the Treasure Bites and fried jalapeños. She had the chicken fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. I had the chicken fried chicken with brown gravy, macaroni and cheese, and onion rings. It was all delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, fast, and very capable as I witnessed several of them multitasking no problem. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which was perfect for us. We live all the way in Groves, but the drive was worth it, and we'll be going again very soon!
