Okay they were pretty clean but they have roaches and we tried to pay for another day and they wouldn't allow us to and I had like four or five kids with me nowhere to go in this hurricane. They told us to come back at 3:00 p.m. and then they told us that the last room had been taken by the way we went by there at 2:30 and we were told to come back and when we did we were told the room was taken. After hurricane you would think people would have a heart to help people but not them.
This Hotel has come a long way since the early 2000's, still rigorously working on improving the stay for guests(i.e. Water pressure, guest v client interaction, door safety) . They have upgraded their appliances and housekeeping services. The morning front desk manager is very cool! I also hope they have a more professional and upfront posting on the website or at the front desk about weekend vs weekday pricing.
Dirty sheets , dirty pillows stains this room is disgusting period and the smell is bad I rather sleep in my car than waste $60 on a hotel like this every again
Stay away from this place...these ppl were price gouging due to the hurricane..didn't want to rent for the night, would only allow 4 hrs at a time max...money hungry foreigners
Was expensive 77 for one night only you couldn't get weekly not only the rooms were disgusting bed linings had stains had roaches all kinds of stuff on the floors the worse experience I've ever had . Then the service from the front was very rude I don't recommend this place. Also nothing is close by except 2 gas stations that aren't open 24/7 people all over the hotel and store parking lots trying to sale drugs and women I can go on and on about this place
I had to check into a room due to domestic issue, but it was too early for check in so I had to pay by the hour until check in then pay for the night and it cost same amount for 3 hours as entire night. Also room phone was broken and rooms aren't that clean.
Trick spot...and they half clean sheets.. NO GO
My room was clean and quiet! Convenient for me bc my sisters house is close by. The non-smoking room didn't smell like smoke so that was a plus+ Front desk lady was nice and friendly 🙂 Will be back soon .
