Great little 3 story museum. Passionate volunteers. Lots to see with many subjects.

Must-see museum in Muskegon. We learned so much! It was really awesome seeing the HUGE steam-powered hydraulic machines. I've been an avid bowler since I was a kid, so of course I loved all of the Brunswick history.

I learned lots of things I did not know about Muskegon. Displays are very well done and quite informative. I want to go back and go to the other museums in Muskegon.

Amazing place. Has 3 stories packed full of history and information. I could roam this place for hours. Maybe the greatest historical museum centered around industry in all of West Michigan. There’s also very nice people who work here.

With 45mins left before closing, we had the best tour with the volunteers! There is so much history and industry in Muskegon. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who guided us through 3 floors of exhibits, but with him & Roger we had a fun time!

A must when visiting Muskegon! The exhibits are extremely well done. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's like walking back in time. Inexpensive, and a great return on your time. You'll want to go back.

Going museum hopping in Muskegon is quite fun, but we didn’t even know this one existed! We drove by and saw a sign that said ‘Museum Open’ and had to stop! From the outside it looked like a quick in and out visit with a couple of rooms, but inside a whole world of history comes alive in an elongated three-story museum devoted to Muskegon’s businesses and industry. There is so much to look at in here, but instead of feeling cluttered it is very easily accessible. The workers are also very energetic, informative, and quite nice. This hard-working museum was one of the most pleasant surprises we had in our day trip to Muskegon and can’t wait for a return visit!

Surprising gem for history and engineering buffs. The fully operational industrial steam engine was crazy impressive, and the friendly guide offered very useful tips for our home foundry projects.
