I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I just took my first dragon staff class and I really learned a-lot. The instructor had the best energy and was encouraging! The space is really great too! Looking forward to trying out some other classes!
Hoop fitness was such an amazing workout! I had alot of fun, and learned new skills! I feel like I worked all my muscles and it felt great. The sip and stretch class was very relaxing, it was my first time doing yoga and it was great for a beginner. I body felt really good after!
My new favorite place in Nashville! I adore Hoop Dance class! It is the most fun I have ever had in a class! The instructor, Lindsey, is a great teacher and so encouraging. I walk out of class feeling confident with a large smile on my face.
I'm taking the Hoop Fitness class with Lindsey. She does a great job mixing the different skill levels, so even as a beginner, I'm able to get a great workout and still have fun. I definitely feel the burn especially with the off-body exercises. I look pretty goofy at this point, but I'm looking forward to the day when I have all the moves down.
Timely, professional, and super friendly and engaging with over 50 kids aged 8-10 years old for my daughter's birthday party. This entertainment was good clean fun and great exercise! HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITHOUT RESERVATION!
Took my first hula hoop exercise class here. So much fun! Great exercise, lots of laughing at myself. The instructor was really helpful, engaging and encouraging! Would totally recommend!
I have taken a few online classes with Hula Hoop Nashville and I've never been disappointed! The instructors have been insightful and supportive. They create a very positive atmosphere and I've learned a lot; whilst really enjoying myself. I thoroughly recommend!
Had a great yoga class with a different kind of prop than I've ever used before! It felt really opening around the chest and shoulders and lengthening in the arms and legs. They were understanding and accommodating about some trouble I had signing up for class and getting the video access, and made sure that I got access to class materials that day. Now I feel inspired to try learning hoop dance again.

Iâm always looking for a good gym when I travel and QNTM did not disappoint. I paid for a guest pass and it was good for 24hrs so I was able to come twice (which is exactly what I needed) for the price of a single guest pass. This is a true lifter
What biscuit magic is this? As a vegetarian, I was intrigued by the idea of vegan biscuits. Combine one cup of curiosity with a cup of skepticism. Bake for 3 minutes while standing in line being served by a friendly guy behind the counter. What poppe
I took my dog, Lottie, to Hollywood Feed this evening. She is a rescue and takes time to warm up to new places and people. She was nervous (tail tucked, etc) as we went into the store, but I have never seen that change so quickly! The two men running
I started taking classes at Hola after I moved to Nashville in 2021 and have never looked back. The front desk staff are the most wonderful peopleâthey truly make an effort to know your name and your practice. The teachers are incredibly skilled. C
