I thought that it was a very nice park. However the bathroom door didn't lock. Extremely clean park and fairly clean bathrooms. The playground looked fun and they had a fenced in spot for your pup. All around cool spot for you your dog and your kids to enjoy. Plenty of shade for parents to get some much need ALONE TIME!
This is so close to town and easy to get to. They have free Saturdays!
Cute little park is all that needs to be said. To small for a playground or restrooms. See a lot of homeless people picnicking here
Outside one person told us to put mask on we left without visiting museum. We only had 15 mins to wait till they opened. First attitude from the man was if he could close gate where we parked. He tried and yes. Some men cannt stand women who can drive and park anything. Where was the elderly respect?
This park has a train hertiage museum located on it as plenty of parking and information center as well from my understanding there's no public bathroom and I have not been into the museum due to covid
Great parking lot. I was meeting other members of the Blue Mountain A's before driving up to Meacham for breakfast. Haven't been in the museum itself in years.
Free every first Saturday is the month. Fun and educational. The stuff in the gift shop are very affordable.
I loved the xmas light show that was hosted in 2020..followed all covid 19 rules. Love the new lighted sig on building
An incredibly eye opening experience! We left with a completely different view of the history we've been taught compared to reality, so sad, and wished we could apologize to everyone on behalf of all the awful things we did to all the native tribes.
