Museum of Pioneer History - Museum in Chandler - 719 Manvel Ave, USA

The volunteers were busy setting up for the market and stopped to tell me and my teen boys all about the museum and its history even tho I didn't have any money to donate. They were so helpful and friendly. I recommend every one to take your teens to learn about Oklahoma history at this well kept stunning and beautiful museum. Thank you to everyone at this museum it is absolutely wonderful and full of history even the building is a historical site.

A wonderful display of the history of Lincoln County! Two floors of displays and exhibits that brought back memories as well as revealing the challenges present in the late 1800s.

This place is great! The lady (from Georgia) is so sweet and a wealthy of knowledge. The military exhibit upstairs made my heart fill with American pride the moment I rounded the stairs.. I really enjoyed my visit.

So much history in this town. The museum was very interesting. The sherriff of this town back in the early 1900s was a colorful character. His life was so interesting. Sherriff to Hollywood film production back to sherriff. Must watch the movie "You know my name" film stars Sam Elliot as the sherriff of Chandler. What a great movie. Must watch and then visit this little town.

Interesting museum full of local history and really like the artwork . Staff was friendly and helpful. Happy to see a museum in a small town open on Saturday.
