Visited with my sister over Labor Day weekend. Arrived around 10am and was able to partially check in and then use the pools all day since we booked facials the same day. Then because we are guests at the hotel, we have access to the pools the following day as well. |The grounds are very clean and well maintained. There is an option to do a full body clay mask (they give you a small cup of clay), and then once dry you wash it off in a shower in their beach. Lunch at Azuli cafe was good, we recommend the tacos and blackened chicken sandwich. |Once we had access to the guest-only pools, it was nice to have more privacy and quiet. The room we stayed in was in Stone Lodge and it was very nice, well decorated, spacious. |Our facials were done by the fabulous Trinity and Kelsey. Both my sister and I were extremely happy with the service and left feeling great! I picked up an ISUN body oil from the spa afterword. The prices are the same as online options, which was pleasantly surprising. |After dinner (off property) we hit the pools for a night soak. Shout out to Sean K at The Tortoise Shell served up our last drinks of the night! Friendly service and tasty cocktails. ||Overall our stay was 10/10 and we would recommend the resort. Will definitely be back with my partner!

A Friend was gifted day passes because her friends went and were given rain checks from the resort, but didn't want to go back. Interesting. We arrived for a day of relaxation but we're met with unorganized lines, small locker rooms, overpriced food and drink, no shade and children running around with water guns. Lockers were not included (I've never seen a day spa/resort charge for lockers) and we were assigned a small locker but charged for a large one. Some spots are still under construction despite being open for half a year. There are no maps or clocks we saw anywhere outside. Zero ambience and crowded. Certainly did not feel relaxed or refreshed. The coffee shop was at least nice with lots of space and AC but we had to ask 3 staff members where it was and walk a good bit to get there. We left the resort after 4 hours. Glad we got in for free.

This resort is a step back in time. If you’re looking for state of the art, this isn’t for you. We enjoyed it. Lots of areas are still under construction and in the works, food options if you are on specialty diets was NOT amazing but there are plenty of options off site. Visit the soaking tubs after 8. Most of the noisy folks are gone and the sunsets are beautiful. The adults only pool is the way to go! (I don’t know why anyone would bring kids to a hot springs). It was super hot out but we snagged a cabana in the morning and relaxed all day! Ahnee and the rest of the staff were amazing. They are going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Looking forward to coming back for another “staycation” when it’s finished being renovated.

I stayed 2 nights,mid-week, at Murrieta Hot Springs in May and I have been day-dreaming about going back ever since. ||The Hot Springs Resort is in the midst of its refurbishment and it's clear that it is being lovingly restored by individuals who both care about the history, but also are seeking to modernize the amenities. Upon my stay, I found ALL the staff from the front desk, to people cleaning, to the wellness professionals offering classes to be top-notch professionals. ||From the entry into my room on the first day, I was thrilled to have a bed-tray filled with little goodies that would enhance my relaxation and sleep. Since I was playing mid-week hooky from work, I definitely wanted to lean into all the wellness they wanted to provide. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, the spaces to read and chill were exactly what I needed. And to boot, I was able to sneak in a bit of work before my staycation began. ||If you stay overnight, then you have 24/hour access to the hot pools. While I didn't take advantage per se of the treat, honestly the fact that I never felt the need to rush to ANYTHING contributed to my positive impressions. ||I have to shout out the wellness coaches because they offer a few different sessions in the pools. One includes a circuit that has a plunge into cold water. I HATE cold water. But I did it and got the bracelet to prove it! ||I could go on-and-on about how great my experience was. I gave it 5 stars because I went in knowing that the property is still under construction, so my expectations were well managed. I found the individuals working on the property to be respectful of their noise and the people around them, so it wasn't a problem to me. Moreover, I'm convinced that this will be a resort that once it's 100% up-and-running, will be at a price point that will make me gulp -- and frankly from what I've seen thus far, it will be worth it!

I'm local and I'm so happy to have a place close by that I can go to for a self care day! This is my third time going and I haven't been disappointed yet. Very friendly, everyone I spoke with from checking in, the pool waitress Ahnee, the young lady who did the aromatherapy sauna and so on. I spent most time by the pool and Ahnee made my day. She was friendly, gave great recommendations and gave just the right amount of attention. She remembered my name which I like. Food and drinks are good. Nothing is overpriced to me and everything was 10/10.

I'm local and so glad to have a place I can go to for a self care day! I've been before and had a great visit. This time I sat by the adult pool and enjoyed some of the amenities with the day pass. The server by the pool, Ahnee, was AMAZING! Very friendly, gave just the right amount of attention and remembered my name. Which I like. I truly appreciate great service and she gave that!

Overall lovely place and stellar service especially from Ahnee! She shared recommendations for each spa pool and background of the location. She was very attentive to our birthday celebrations and was so pleasant. I took a star away because of the lack of towels, having to go to the front desk for additional towels is burdensome and being charged for locker space. Pools were great. Sauna amazing. Please please please… hire more staff to clean the women’s restrooms in the evening especially the showers. They were disgusting and put a damper on the end of the evening.

Great Labor Day weekend with friends. I only wish there were more adult pools. They had smaller pools but they were in the kiddie area. Joyette attended to us pool side and was always around every few minutes to ask if we needed anything. Very sweet girl. The only issue with the resort was that they couldn’t get us a room. Our check in time was 4 pm but we were not able to get a room until after 630 pm because they turned over so many check outs. I wasn’t able to get any rest before my work dinner. They have 24 our access pool access to those who are staying over night which is a plus. I will be back again but maybe during the week as to not deal with the high volume of people.
