Murray Inn and Art Gallery - Hotel in Murray - 506 S 12th St, USA

It's my first time writing a review, and we had such a delightful stay at Murray Inn and Art Gallery. After a day of volunteering at a high school, we were exhausted. Luckily, the hotel was exceptionally clean, providing a homely atmosphere. We opted not to dine out; the room's microwave allowed us to heat our own food, ensuring a peaceful and restful evening. The comfort level, as mentioned in some reviews, surpassed that of some chain hotels. The only drawback was being able to hear the TV from the adjacent room. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent night away with hubby to see the town of Murray. Very nice motel. Clean quiet & safe. No bugs no mold no loud noise. Stayed in king in corner. Please keep the place in great shape like it is now. Convenient to every thing. Enjoyed the visit.

The motel definitely looks like it was built in the 1950s, an old style motel you don’t see much anymore. Check in went well, and I was given an actual key, which I obviously used to open the door to my room. When I opened the door I was surprised to find a beautiful ultra clean room. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and quiet. Definitely would stay again

I wish all hotels were like this! Everything is so cozy that there are no words! Everything in the rooms is thought out to the smallest detail, everything you need is there. Very clean and smells nice! Beautiful yard, safe and convenient parking. Delicious coffee in the morning. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but I’m sure it’s also very tasty :) Thank you very much for such quality!

Very cute comfy little spot to spend a night or two. Very clean and well maintained. The decor is retro style but in a good way. The shower is very nice with great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. The soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower is a nice touch. Very quiet and relaxing. Nice little gazebos out front (this is also the smoking area). All of the staff are very polite and helpful. Continental breakfast is nice ( bagels, muffins ,cereal, yogurt, oatmeal ,juice, coffee, etc..). The ice machine is working and not too far of a walk to get there is also a soda machine there too. Beds are clean and comfy. Ac works well and is not too noisy. The parking lot is clean and well maintained (no potholes or cracks with grass growing through). Would definitely stay here again. For the price it is well worth your money and time.

Friendly small town charm. Super welcoming staff. Retro, and in a cool way. So clean! Free basic breakfast, food area clean and enough to get your day started. Hot water in shower was instant. What a good experience all around. Great location too!

Easy to find, right off the highway. Yet, it was still quiet at night. Rooms open right to the parking lot with a parking space for each room. Service desk was very friendly and easy to work with over the phone, and in person. A little run down, but very clean, and you get the price you pay for. It is obvious that care and effort is being put into the running of this place. Didn't stay for the breakfast, so I don't have an opinion on that.

So just stay there this weekend. And for such a little hotel, I could not say enough Good things about the place. It was very clean which can be a issue for a place in this price range. The atmosphere of the place was quaint and relaxing. I know you're gonna say " atmosphere, at a hotel" but just stay here and you will see what I mean. The breakfast was a bit lacking but I did get to it a bit late. Will definitely be back to stay again. Got a kid just started college at Murray and this will be my go to place to stay when I come to visit.
