The all you can eat bar is fairly small and the choices are very limited. But what they do have is very good. There are no waffles or omelettes. And the drinks are not free refills. Overall this is the best breakfast buffet nearest to where I live.
Fresh country cookin' in Mullica Hill! Walk past Beiler's Donuts 🍩 -- yes, it's hard! -- and sit-down for a good, old fashioned meal at the Amish Restaurant. The dinner buffet is excellent. Plate pictured here includes (clockwise from top): roast beef 🍖 and mashed potatoes 🥔, mac 'n cheese 🧀, fried chicken 🍗, ham croquette, lasagna, deviled egg 🥚, steamed broccoli 🥦 and cauliflower, and bacon-wrapped, cheese-stuffed mushroom 🥓🍄 (center). For dessert, MUST TRY the homemade apple 🍎 dumpling with *extra* whipped cream! 😋 Prompt, friendly service and fun atmosphere, too.
They have goods that we only buy there! Their banana nut bread, vegetables, soups, snacking treats such as their yummy soft pretzels and so on are a good value. The service is great!!! The Amish Market is a must for us every week!
We got the smorgasbord, it’s very small but hard to complain at $15.99. We didn’t think it tasted great but it wasn’t terrible either. Just very small and mediocre. Next time we will probably try the menu. The market is an enjoyable walk for before or after.
A friend brought me here for lunch on a Saturday and it was just lovely. The breakfast buffet was still open when we came. We ended up ordering lunch from the menu, but I definitely want to check out the breakfast buffet sometime. It looked really good. I had a sandwich and cheese fries and my friend got the wrap special with potato chips. Everything was delicious and I especially enjoyed the fresh cut fries and the cheese sauce was top tier! Will definitely be back.
At the restaurant we had the buffet. Pancakes were hard, no spoons for oatmeal or yogurt, and eggs were rubbery. Grapes and other fruit were very good. Cookies were hard as rocks. But, I did get my fill of bacon. I was very disappointed.
Food isn't bad it's just not great. I paid 3.50 for a small handful of over fried potatoes. For two people plus tip was almost 40 dollars for breakfast? Chipped beef a cheap depression meal and a breakfast sandwich. They sure have no issue with taking English cash. That's if they are actually Amish.
Great food at reasonable prices. When you're done eating make sure to check out the shops!
