Let me start by saying that my server Kayla was awesome! She made up for the overly salty tasting food. I did take into consideration that it was new year's eve and probably did not have the staffing so I just ate my hypertension meal with a smile. I did experience an issue while in the the restroom. Some genius decided that he was going to help Mugshots regulate their electric bill by turning the lights off while I'm still there. I really do hope his contribution helped. Overall, (even with the boogeyman scare and my now possible hypertension 😉) I did have fun at the restaurant. No hard feelings Mugshots and we'll see you next time Kayla in 2024.

At a convention at the BJCC and decided to swing in to Mugshots 11/30/23. I've eaten there before and the food was really good, but maybe this evening was an off night for the kitchen? The waitress was nice and had great customer service, but the food was sub par. My appetizers of mozzarella cheese wedges were burnt and the cheeseburger was dense and dry. Hopefully the food will be better if I decide to visit again in the future.

A great restaurant for a quick meal. Our server was outstanding. The food was hot and fresh.

I ordered the Southwest Philly with Rotel cheese and a comeback sauce and onion rings!!! Was not disappointed!!! We sat in the bar area and Ms Mesha was an absolute rockstar. Our first time at Mugshots was AWESOME 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I had the Middleburger, something simple. As I sat eating the burger, I thought about the last time I had a burger, let alone a burger as good as what I was eating. This burger, though basic, was VERY good. The added slight sweetness of the sourdough bread provided an added flavor that was a bit unexpected.

Cayde needs to be fired based off the service we received… 20% tip for a party of 20 is nuts for a table of 7. NEVER going back. Food was good THO, just not the waiters 👀

Ask for Lexus, very nice and super fast! Chips and Queso on point with just the right amount of heat in it. If you are looking for a solid burger, this is the place for sure… tons of flavor and very satisfying. Savell burger is awesome and a must try!

We had a group of six and our server Honesty was AMAZING!!! She was so personable and fun and made some great recommendations for us out of towners! She was amazing to talk to and checked in on us regularly! And the food was so yummy, especially the fried pickles! 😋
