Don’t expect honesty, follow through or breaks with this company! They tell you one thing then contradict themselves. They don’t care if you don’t get breaks and everything is the employees fault, there’s no accountability here. they’ll also tell you you can work there and two months later say they have no work as they’re sending people out, so very deceptive and tricky! I’ve heard their office employees say very snarky cruel things about employees, sad haters I wish better.
If you need to come up this temp service is for you. Great staff they even have a van if you need a ride.
Update on MTS: so much has changed. If you know the dispatchers, then you know what I'm talking about. Been with them off and on since 2019, this being our 5th yr with them. And I'm really disappointed in the company and the Longmont office. I'm not gonna rip them in this review. Let's just say if they were the last and only temp service around I'd find work elsewhere. Sorry.
What I like about MTS is that if I want to get paid that same day they sure will pay you. The jobs are pretty laid back. Nothing drastically hard. If you want to be a part of their everyday team just show up at 5:30 am and be ready to rock and roll. The staff is also very understanding of every situation and if you need a ride it can happen. MTS Mobile Staffing sends you out every day. Staff is polite and accommodates you with rides to and from work. Work sites vary. 8 hours + on most jobs. No issues with pay. Pay varying depending on experience. Easy application process.
Frank Mastrandrea, Regional Sales Manager, does outstanding work getting my company workers. My company does railroad construction. It's heavy duty work that gets done rain, sleet or snow 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 per year. Frank provided me with men for almost a year and they worked out great. I'm very grateful for Frank and MTS for without their help it wouldve been alot more work for me to complete the project.
I called MTS Longmont regarding a job they posted online, spoke to an Austin. He said he'd call me back with the job info, start time. I never heard from the dude. Don't know if that's usual customer service or incompetence, but it sucked. I won't contact them again.
If I had two words to describe the MTS staff. It would be incompetent and inept.
