Everyone I spoke with were extremely professional, courteous and kind. They helped me clearly understand the issue with my MacBook. Although my Mac could not be repaired on account of a dead hard drive and the age of it, they were respectful of my wishes for the action taken with my Mac.
I would definitely go here again for technological support and would recommend to anyone!
This group is fantastic! Even during our COVID 19 crisis they responded professionally, carefully and swiftly to repair my MacBook Pro. The Mac Book had “swollen batteries” which needed to be repaired asap and MTG walked me through how to get Apple to cover the repair and they ordered parts quickly and got the ,machine back to me in 4 days total. Janine in the front office was pleasant and managed my anxious calls with calmness and reassurance and Mike in the tech area was fantastic. He gave me regular updates and helped me understand the Apple support process. And, most of all, the laptop is repaired and back to me now. Thank you MTG for a great job.

MTG really rose to the occasion! We are in the middle of a pandemic but of course I needed my laptop battery replaced while the Apple Store was closed. I was given a name of an authorized repair center in Center City but they were almost a week behind in work and said they'd call when they were scheduling. I wound up finding MTG and I am so glad i did!
I was SO impressed by their system for doing contactless repairs. They scheduled an appointment and when I got there, I stepped into an enclosed vestibule which had a table with my paperwork there. I spoke with the very friendly receptionist through an intercom (she was in an office with a window to the vestibule) and all I had to do was leave my computer, sign the paperwork, take the claim check, and off I went. They said the repair would probably take a few business days, but it was actually quicker than I expected. When i went to pick up my machine, it was waiting in the vestibule with my receipt. They had instructed me to boot it up to confirm it started up and looked ok, so I did that, signed the paperwork, said goodbye to the friendly receptionist, and was on my way with my laptop. Quick and easy with great friendly service! This was an AppleCare+ repair so there was no cost but there were no hassles regarding this. Very impressive operation with friendly folks who did great work. Thanks MTG!!!!
