Beautiful 10/10 view at night completing a bucket list goal of mine that I've had for years! We walked up all the way here which took a while, but it was definitely worth it! If you're in decent shape it shouldn't be an issue, though there's also a bus going up here if needed.
I set out to the highest peak to see the stunning city view as many reviews wrote, but I couldn’t at the first attempt. I parked my car on Juanita Way and hiked into Mount Davidson Hiking Path Entrance. Some fallen trees blocked the narrow trail and I had to climb over them to get through. The trail was surprising quiet and beautiful with blossoming white and pink wild berry flowers. Apparently not many people passing through. I turned back and drove up Dalewood Way to Mount Davidson Paved Path. Yes, this was the most popular and easiest trail to go up the peak.
Very muddy after recent rain. Scenic views of SF. A little bit of incline.
My favorite spot in San Francisco. Unreal ethereal trails, old WPA staircases, and eucalyptus one together to form a short network of trails that will leave you wondering if you are still in the city. The cross is iconic. On a clear day the views are fantastic. It’s also the highest point in San Francisco
Mt Davidson is a scenic and quaint getaway from the buzzing streets of SF. Located close enough to Twin Peaks to almost offer the same views, it brings the advantage of being less crowded, so overall a good time. Reasons you should visit: 1. Dramatic panoramic views in every direction. On a clear day, you can see far the hills of the faraway south bay and diablo area. 2. Tree cover for most of the climb up to the summit, which is unique for an SF park. This is made even better on rainy and foggy days, as the park develops a mystic charm. 3. Surrounded by residential neighborhoods, so there's very little noise pollution from traffic and most foot traffic is friendly. Highly recommend adding to your SF bucket list if you haven't seen it already!
Easy hike up to the top of Mt. Davidson, takes about 20-30 minutes. You can get a nice panoramic view of SF on a clear day.
Loved my first "hike" on Mount Davidson. Really accessible and easy to do with a toddler and infant in an ergo. Not strenuous, but fantastic views of the city in many directions (no Golden Gate Bridge, though). I have no idea how it took me so long to get here... Half hour drive from mid-peninsula well worth it for an easy trek with multi-million dollar views. This is now a new go-to spot to bring out oft owners who don't want anything too strenuous.
One of the best places to hike within San Francisco borders. Excellent trails leading through both easy-to-navigate and more obscure trails. It has a remarkable history too. Especially the Easter service in front of the controversial mormon cross is a sight worth seeing. Take care not to get lost on some of the trails however!
Excellent views of the city from the Sunset stretching all the way to the skyscrapers downtown, plus of course a great look at Sutro Tower. You really get a grasp of the size of Golden Gate Park relative to the rest of the city, plus a good workout g
It's my 1st Opera in the park. I had so much fun. Thank you to all the organizations who made this concert happen and thank all the awesome performers from around the world.
Great place to have a kids birthday party. It's sheltered from wind so it's fine even on windy days. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around and it's closed off with fencing so you don't have to worry about them running off. Restrooms, pic
Been a while since I been here but best skatepark in the bay area. For experienced skaters mostly. If your barley starting I would reccomend a different park. I felt like I was in the way of the skaters that could actually navigate the park well. It
Very huge park to go to surrounded by houses at San Francisco! Itâs very convenient for residents to visit here and relax, but also good for everyone. Many people stayed at the grassy areas and do some things. I like how there are palm trees in the
Twin Peaks in San Francisco is a destination that never ceases to amaze me, no matter how many times I visit. My recent trip marked my third visit, and each time, Twin Peaks offers a different but equally mesmerizing view of the city. My first visit
Mountain lake Park will always be an iconic location for kids of all ages. It's great to see the constant upgrades, and the close to detail attention the grounds keepers are paying towards from the landscaping, habitat, and patrons alike. There have

The Neighborhood Tour with Lisa was so useful in our search for a home in SF. She listened to all our requests for the characteristics of the property we were looking for, as well as our preferred locations. We knew nothing of the city coming into th

Came for the workouts; stayed for the community. I felt the pandemic isolation from going to a gym and lifting weights alone, so I joined 3rd St to switch it up and learn something new alongside other humans. Thought the price was steep initially bu
Such a nice spot. Take a stroll around the âbillionaire row.â We were there there on a Saturday and Sunday and breakfast and happy hour wine, beer and appetizers was included. It looks like the rooms have recently been updated. I think some of th
