Pity, the onty thing worse than the trip here was the service. They wasted no time in charging my card more than $1600, but then my laptop was put aside and forgotten. When I called to inguire they told me it was ready for pickup. I drove there from the OC to find out I was lied to and the part needed to be ordered and it would take another 2 weeks. I will never again buy an MSI laptop this is how they treat their customers at the Corporate Headquarters!!!! Shameful

I purchased an msi gaming laptop yesterday, just to run into a dead pixel defect. When I called msi customer service, they told me that warranty doesn't cover dead pixel caused by the manufacturing process. Msi customer agent hung up the phone while I was talking to him. I would avoid msi by all means.

I have never purchased anything from this company and for some reason my card was just charged $392, and they tried again, thankfully I locked my card. ima not sure what is going on, can’t even get in contact with anyone, definitely a scam!

I used to be a huge fan of MSI products, I bought a MSI laptop, a 3090 GPU and X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WiFi motherboard and other products over the years. But the recent experience I had with their support and software development, just let me decide never to touch any of their products again in the future... MSI has a software called "Dragon Center", and users can tweak their settings like RGB light, performance options and update applications with the software. But I would wish I knew that they also add live BIOS updates in the update as well, and that function is so broken that it fried my motherboard for good, after a failed BIOS update. The computer will boot, but all you have is a black screen, I have tried to reset the BIOS via removing the battery and with the jumper, but no success. The so-called BIOS UPDATE button the panel is a joke, it will not take any USB drives I have, range from 1 GB to 32 GB, totally 10 different sticks. I had to buy a new motherboard because this stupid software pushes a faulty BIOS. So goodbye MSI, you just lost business with me forever and I will share my horrible experience with as many people as I can.

Got an MSI (Optix MAG301RF 2560X1080) with my cyber power order. The screen size and clarity is phenomenal, and does support ray tracing/g-sync.. Couldn't have picked a better monitor for my very first setup. Super pleased!

Horrible customer service. I purchased a gamer laptop that came with the wrong charger. By this time I have been trying to get the right replacement charger for one week and a half without success. I’ve been in contact with Samantha Hernandez, who has been very rude, she has showed not empathy at all with the customer. I think I’ll be returning the laptop after all the time and effort I’ve spent to be able to keep the laptop. This is a company that doesn’t care about the customer. If you appreciate your money, go for another brand. I read many reviews about the terrible customer service of this company before buying and still decided to give a try. Now I’m regretted, already looking for my to go brand.

Was looking to invest in the company and cannot get in touch with anyone who can give up to date financial information. All you get is recordings and emails get system failure. Their server kicks emails out. So disappointing

Pretty awful customer service. I reached out through their new live chat feature because I was trying to find out more information on their extended warranties and accidental damage coverage. I told the representative that I was looking for the terms and conditions, coverages and exclusions on their 2 year extended warranty. She sent me the attached document... I... don't have words... Kudos for taking the time to type it up for me I guess??? I called and spoke with a nice gentleman who was unable to find the short and sweet "for the customer's information" type document that every other business has, so he sent me their entire 200 page manual. Props again, for effort buddy. Both of these representatives told me what I was looking for was not available on their website. I then left a message for the manager, who shockingly did call me back. He listened to my complaint, gave me a thanks, and an I'm sorry, and showed me where the information was on their site, but I felt rather dismissed during the conversation, and am left with zero faith in this company's ability to provide support on their products. I am now having a very hard time justifying buying the $1500 laptop I was looking at. A real shame.
