Mrs. Jean's is a great restaurant any day for lunch, but our favorite day is Sunday after church. If you are in doubt about what to get, do yourself a favor and get the fried chicken! It has won several awards over the years, and it never disappoints!
Hometown, "mom&pop shop" feel to a Cracker Barrel. Amazing food that has that amazing "grandma made it" feel to it that you know you will enjoy. Service is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Like the old time Morrison's and Piccadilly cafeterias. Go through the line and choose your food. Small plate includes entree, two sides, dessert, and biscuit. Large plate gets you an extra side. We skip dessert, and they give us three sides. More than enough to fill you up. Server takes drink order at table. Fried chicken is good. Honor system when you pay... tell them what you had, no order ticket given. Home-style southern cuisine. 7/12/23 hurt ourselves cleaning our plates! For the veggie plate...<$12. Good lima beans. 9/19/23 fried chicken, greens, green beans, hash brown casserole, yeast roll. Got smart today and asked for a take-out box before I dug in. Half of their portions is plenty. So there's lunch tomorrow!
Really really good southern homestyle cuisine!!! The fried chicken is to die for! Soft tender Biscuits, melt un your mouth mac and cheese and some of the best rice and gravy ever to enter my mouth!! Service was excellent as well!
AMAZING.... fresh, delicious, and filling lunch! I kick myself for not visiting sooner in my life. The decor is aged as is the funiture... but don't let that discourage you from the meal that is waiting!! Servers and waiting staff are pleasant as well.
