I had a fantastic time soaking in the relaxed atmosphere at Mr. West. With plenty of seating and a menu that caters to diverse needs, the cafe offers a welcoming experience and the staff is attentive and inviting.
They prepared extra serving of tea, and kindly offered me a complimentary Earl Grey tea to try ☺️
On this particular visit, I had the opportunity to try the following:
(Seasonal) Maple Salted Toffee Latte: The balance of sweetness between maple and toffee is spot-on, making it a delightful and comforting choice for coffee enthusiasts. LOVED IT!
Marionberry biscuit: Delightfully flaky and fresh
Chicken Souvlaki Sandwich: This one was a delightful blend of flavors. The grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the combination of fresh veggies and tzatziki sauce added a refreshing touch. The portion size was satisfying, making it a tasty and filling choice.
Mr Breakfast: A truly indulgent and satisfying breakfast choice. My favorite on this plate were the potatoes - A flavorful and satisfying addition to the meal.
Couple things to consider:
1) The wifi speed was sluggish, so if your work requires efficiency, it's worth considering. However, if you have a fast phone hotspot, it might offset the issue.
2) The menu leans towards the pricier side, so it's something to keep in mind if you're budget-conscious.
3) As lunchtime peaks, the cafe tends to get busier, making it a bit challenging to secure seating.
Serving a very nice latte. The food coming out of the kitchen looks very tasty and well put together. I did not try anything from the kitchen during this visit.
Ordered veggie sandwich for online order and they gave me some tuna salad. I had to go back as they were not answering the phone and ask them for the right order again. When I went back, they were so casual about it and did not even acknowledge the discomfort that their order mess up caused me. Even their food is disappointing, the bread is huge and soggy. The only positive thing is the ambience, it looks fancy. Overall , not a positive experience for me.
The food was excellent. The service was great. The atmosphere was welcoming. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS PROVIDED.
I'm from Southern California. Yup, I'm a tourist out here in Seattle. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by many plants, the scent of coffee, and the aesthetics of a winery. The line wasn't long. We ordered pretty quickly.
We sat near the window facing the entrance. The view was great. People watching was fun. People were lightly talking amongst each other. It was sort of a calm place.
Now, the food. To start off, we ordered a couple of pastries. We ordered a Rasberry Oat Bar and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. The oat bar was heavy, full of flavor, and really made my taste buds pop. Homie-G was loving it! The chocolate chip cookie was fluffy and delightful. I'm not much of a chocolate fan, but I was still able to take a few bites.
Our main dishes are coming up! We ordered the Mr. West Club (roasted turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, etc.) with a side of potatoes. Please see the pictures and videos! So good! The other dish was an egg and cheese croissant with bacon. See pictured and videos. That was also good. It was topped off with a cappuccino and an orange juice.
It could be because I'm a tourist from Southern California, but I would recommend this establishment. Next time, illtey something else that will pair well with a wine offering. Homie-G out!
During the two years I lived in Seattle, I had seen lines out the door of this coffee shop every single day. It wasn’t until I was staying at the Hyatt Regency across the street years later when I finally decided to wait in line for breakfast. I ended up returning every morning for the rest of my stay that week.
Even though the line to order is long, there’s usually plenty of seating and service is pretty quick.
The almond latte I ordered was HUGE and the cakes in the case up front are delicious.
It’s also a great place to stay for a while. Filled with hundreds of plants, it’s a great environment for morning meetings, reading, computer stuff, etc.
So good! The only thing not to like is the long line!
Cortado 5 stars - thick, creamy foam, strong aromatic espresso.
Shakshuka 5 stars - flavorful, served with pita bread. I want to eat it right now...
Turkish eggs 5 stars - a cold dish with perfectly cooked eggs on yogurt and butter.
Mid level place.
It’s a great spot for a person that likes coffee and plants for the vibes.
The oatchatta had a very strong ginger taste. Not my preferred flavor. 3/10
The maple salted toffee late was alright. Not the best I’ve had but ok. 7/10
Coffee pricing is reasonable
All food items are overpriced IMO.
Spent about 5 days at the Hyatt next door to this Cafe and it was the perfect casual comfort spot for me. Staff was just lovely and made this out of towner feel at home. Orange cream latte of month BEST latte I've ever had, I'll be obsessed with finding something remotely similar. Breakfast is also outrageously flavorful and baked goods are just amazing. Much love from Chicago!

The only drip coffee worth drinking! So delicious! It was thick, bold and flavorful. All-too-often, coffee shops, even well-known ones, give you watered down poor-tasting coffee but Santo did not. They exceeded my expectations. The environment was gr
What a discovery. We pretty much came across this place on a quick Google search for dessert near me and boy this place stands out. I highly recommend their Eclairs burrito. The waffle and crepes are equally good.

The fresh baked cinnamon rolls (weekends only) are so delicious and comforting! Worth the trip alone, but I also had the classic eggs benedict, which was fantastic! I loved the little potato-patty thing that comes with it - it was like a crispy, garl
The Usual is a modern, yet cozy coffee shop. I enjoy the pastries and cirniki. The high ceilings make it feel bigger than it is. The coffees are good and I enjoyed the seasonal special. Seating can be limited during busy times, so try to visit durin
Iâve tried so many coffees in so many places, so many countries, but none of them can compare to this place. Iâve never enjoyed coffee more. I can't stop talking about it and telling all my friends that they should visit! My dad came to visit me
