Wow! This morning my 13-year-old son called about a PlayStation problem with his controller. Then he rode his scooter to the shop to handle the problem on his own while I was at work. Samsung s9 wouldn't charge or power on. Took it to Sprint in Houston, they wanted 75 ( diagnostics)and 135 for additional costs for repair. Took my device to Mr. Alberto Sanchez. He was personable and professional and prompt with his services. He explain all possible scenarios in a way that non technical consumers could understand. He keep his word about timeframes(3 hours wait for initial diagnosis ) and costs( budget friendly). I will return to him with all my tech needs( he services tablets, flat screens and digital and hardwired security cameras)
Alberto(Mr Tech) is not only knowledgeable, he is patient. Every person comes in with a different set of problems. Albertos skills are expansive which allow him to solve a vast array of hardware/software hang ups. I have always returned to Alberto when my phone needs help.Alberto diagnoses quickly and is able to tell me what parts, procedures or changes are required. Brenham is very lucky to have Alberto. He truly lives up to his title of MR TECH!

Beautiful shop!! Staff was so sweet and accommodating to our girls who we were on a girls trip with!!! We had 7-12 year old girls and they were kind and never mean or acting like they were bothered with them as some other shops in town treated us. W
