Mr. Pho - Pho restaurant in Cypress - 13621 Skinner Rd Ste 150, USA

I ordered food online about 6:25, it said it would be Ready at 6:45, I showed up at 7:00 and it was not ready. They said they had to pack it. It took an additional 15 minutes for them to "pack". When the lady came to the front she didn't have my smoothie that I had ordered so she had to go back and get that. The truth it seems was that they hadn't prepared the food. It wasn't overly busy or anything like that, and I had already received the confirmation as soon as I ordered that they received the order and that's how I knew what time it was supposed to be ready. This of course made me late to pick up the other food I had ordered down the road. Pertaining to the food, my family enjoyed the pho, I thought it tasted good, as well. I had also got a smoothie, as they called it, but when I received it quickly realized it was not a smoothie, but more like a boba. Very chalky tasting, and didn't look anything like the picture. And also had one black crunchy chunk in there, not sure if it was a seed of sorts or something that was accidentally dropped in or had broken in the machine. I didn't end up drinking it, but my kid liked it, after I sifted through to make sure there were no other random chunks in there. I really wanted to try this place, as did my husband, and had really high hopes, but I am a person who values their time, and seeing as I even showed up 15 minutes later than when my food was supposed to be ready, it just seemed crazy that it was 30 minutes past the due time before I could even get my food. And that the only explanation was that they had to pack it. I may consider trying this place another time to see if it's better, but probably not anytime soon.

This place has delicious food, kinda, attentive service. I love the beautiful plants they have growing. One very large tree greets you as you come in. With orchids along the front windows as classy music plays. I love to unwind here any chance I get.

Mr. Pho has one of the best pho broths I have tried. It's a delicious family recipe that shows the owner's love for creating great food for diners. Everything here is made with the freshest ingredients. I have tried almost everything on the menu. Their soft spring rolls are one of my favorite snacks when I am on the go. Their pho is a favorite on cold days and I get the vermicelli in the hotter months. Owners are often on premise, quality is great and they support many people and first responders in our community.

There were many customers because it was lunchtime. The staff looked very busy because there was only one employee in the hall. The food came out quickly after ordering. It was nice to take care of the child's bowl and fork without talking about it separately. All the food was delicious.

I has my daughter at the urgent care next door and they didn't have any water to drink and I has nothing for her either. So I went in Mr.Pho's and asked if I could purchase a drink. I realized it was a sitting restaurant. They were so kind and gave me a to go cup with water and said to take care of her. Such a great place! Will be coming back to eat here when she gets well.

I've gone here several times and enjoyed it every time. I'm a sucker for Pho, and they do it right. I appreciate how kind the owner is and the variety of items on their menu. If you're craving something savory, simple, and warm, totally check out this restaurant.

Still outstanding phó! Both the beef and chicken pho were wonderful. Clean place, well presented meals that taste great, friendly staff. No downsides unless they run out of food before you arrive maybe. 😁

Amazing pho, service was very fast and ingredients are all fresh. Be careful with the egg rolls, they're super hot 🥵 but overall an excellent experience here.
