Great experience. True pros. I went in earlier this week and the salesman helped me find the perfect suit that I feel great in. The tailoring for it was estimated to be done later in the week. Went in early today because I was in the area to see if the suit was ready and to just buy a cheap shirt to go with the suit. Not only was the suit ready early but I had first class service with finding a great fitting shirt. I wasn't expecting that. I value great service and this Mr. Mac delivers. I haven't felt great dressed up for years but now I look forward to these more formal occasions due to their professionalism in customer care. Thanks guys.
This is the best place to come and get suits and dress wear. I've been coming here for 31 years. Both my boys also got their mission suits and gear here as well. They have great service and great people. Thank Randy for all the long years of amazing service!
I had a great experience! Brad was very patient while I sorted through different suits, trying to find the one that was just right. He was very straight forward about having to track down my size at a different store and I was expecting to get it within the week. Much to my surprise, I got a call later the same day to say my suit was ready! Mr. Mac has always been impressive and they continue to be, as I would have hoped.

The service I received from John Hazen was exceptional! I've never been treated better anywhere. I explained my husband's situation to John and the challenge that he had to be able to come into the store to try on suits for my daughter's wedding and he was right there figuring out what needed to be done. We bought a very nice suit, shoes, belt, and ties and everything was priced right and looked top notch. I can't thank John and Mr. Mac enough for the amazing service and suits they offer at a great price. You have a customer and a friend for years to come. Thank you!
Had a great experience finding my husband's suit for our wedding here! The staff was very helpful in finding something that was budget-friendly and matched our vision. We live down in Provo, and after the suit was tailored (for free!) they had it delivered to their Orem store so we wouldn't have to drive all they way back up to Midvale. Definitely recommend!
Wow! It’s amazing retail experiences like I had with Brad at Mr. Mac that reenforces to me the enduring value of brick and mortar retail.
