Solid fast-food place. Not the best gyro but for a convenient option it works. The Chicken Philly was much better than a similar sandwich I got at a Ruby Tuesday's recently.

Ordered mozzarella sticks and fried pickles and watched the girl take them out of the fryer after 1 minute. Went I took a bite they were both raw. I understand trying to be fast but that doesn’t matter if the food isn’t cooked properly seems like a food safety violation. Won’t be eating from this location again for as expensive as it cost I was disappointed to say the least.

The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.

Takes forever to get your food. Person behind counter with the smokers cough was also concerning. Never asked if I wanted anything else other than sandwiche's at initial time of ordered.

Order took forever they called me back because something was wrong with the order 4 other orders went through and I'm still waiting for my order . Now my lunch is over and I get the food and it's wrong, called and the lady acted like she didn't remember the order 🙃. Maybe it was a new crew or something else just wasn't good for me.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at Mr Hero location! The staff was incredible, and the manager is so kind & good she helped me a lot the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! If I could leave more than five stars, I would!

The store was clean. I was greeted immediately. I did not wait long at all to be serviced. Service was SPECTACTULAR. It was smooth, polite, accurate and could not have been better. My food was hot when I got home, neatly packed and organized, the food was beautifully made. One of the greatest experiences I've had eating out in a long time. I'd have taken a picture but I was starving and it looked so good.
