Mahmoud is super cool! Get job done very well. He's very friendly and honest. You won't spend unnecessary $$$ here. He gave me a good advice. My Samsung smart phone's (Samsung S20FE)screen was not working due to the physical damage at 7pm on Saturday. I run to T-mobile right before the store close but glad I didn't buy a smart phone there. The store rep told me to try this location. So I went this store around 8 pm. I purchased a used smart phone at this location. It was beautiful, S24 unlocked one. Then I tried to download data from my broken phone at home but there was no hope. The screen was completely dead and can't charge. I went back to the store on Sunday afternoon and asked him to fix my damaged phone. I wanted some data back from the old phone. I thought he would say no but he said he will try. Wow... he did it! My phone came back like new. Of course with all the data. I still can't believe how he did it. I had broken phones few times in my life but if the damage was that bad, I always gave up.
Mahmoud was super helpful. My screen was turning weird colors and faded, and he was able to fix it super quickly! Mahmoud even gave me a discount, and cleaned my phone for free! (A lot of dirt has collected in the holes of my phones.) He is super considerate and explained everything he did clearly. 10/10 would swing by again!
Mahmoud is the best helper ever since I started using computers in the 80’s. I have been to many places and travel a lot for business, he is conscientious, patient, and able to convey his expertise with precision and clarity. 10 out of 5, if that were possible. .
Both my mom and I needed our phones batteries changed and Steve was able to help us out. He was very kind, patient, and helpful. He was able to address all our questions related to our Android phones. We got our phones fixed that same day which was a bonus. Very nice deli in the neighborhood. Highly recommend breakfast there!! Egg wrap is so creamy and fluffy. Egg salad is one of thing I ever get tired to eat, and they have the best! The staffs are very friendly! I would recommend everyone.
