The reviews did not disappoint. Went with my kids for lunch/dinner and the experience was amazing. The service, food and atmosphere was great. Offers both indoor and outdoor. Absolutely will return regularly. Great options for dessert as well.

Food was good. It isn’t a restaurant type situation, they do have sit down tables but service isn’t always right there. Everything came out nice and hot. Music was great. Gotta get the ice cream next time.

Mr. Bill's Richman's Ice Cream is a New Jersey icon and road trip stop on route to the Jersey shore. Ice cream is their main game and there is plenty to choose from. Unlike many ice cream stops that only offer vanilla and chocolate soft serve Bill's has unique soft serve flavors like pistachio. There are many hand dipped flavors to choose also as well as sundaes galore. The food menu is your standard burger joint bill of fare with various burgers, fries, steaks and more selections too numerous to list here. They include breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Everything is fresh and not sitting on a hot table waiting to be microwaved. Great novelty restaurant in Winslow Twsp NJ. My only gripe is that I got a cheeseburger, fries and a small sundae and it set me back $30.00 plus tip. That is a lot when you could get a full blown steak dinner for that much elsewhere. Like I said it's a novelty spot. Great place to take the kiddos on a warm summer night or for quick bite on the way back from the beach. Forgetting the cost factor you'll be sure to enjoy the place.

If you are looking for great ice cream, good roadside restaurant food then look no more. If you are looking for fancy, keep looking. See my video. I wanted chili cheese dogs and my wife a cheeseburger. We got them, yum. Enjoy!

Went in to grab a breakfast sandwich, total made no sense, cashier couldn’t explain when I asked. Asked if I still wanted it, I said yes since it was for my son waiting in the car. Thank god I didn’t want one , I mean $11.21 for one sandwich is ludicrous, so hearing $22 may have chase me to pass out! Figured maybe it was a mistake, tried reaching out to the business, no response via phone. FB, no response, instagram, nothing. 1 slice of pork roll and 1 of cheese. Smh. 0 stars

Iconic South Jersey roadside stand! Breakfast here is phenomenal! Lunch, dinner, and munchies are great too! But what really shines is the ice cream! Cones, floats, sundaes, splits they make it all. Was a little worried when owner retired and sold to Richmond's, but it's still delicious! Staff is awesome, love to eat out in the pavilion!

Love this place to have huge variety of deliciousness and when you order to eat in they bring you a dish of popcorn instead of hush puppies or any other kind of bread my son thought it was the coolest thing ever some of the girls are a little slow and forgetful but for the most part the service was also great!!! It's definitely a place worth visiting!!

This would be on my DO NOT GO list. The food was a mixed bag. The burger was great. It tasted so good I didn't want ketchup. But the pretzel had hot and cold spots on it. Weird. The waitress was wonderful, very helpful, and very nice. But everything took long. The burger was a $10 hamburger, with no fries. Not a good value. The atmosphere was terrible. Big yellow neon bulbs that make the place look sickly. To sum up: Food - some was good, some was not Service - very nice and friendly waitress Value - terrible. Overpriced Atmosphere - terrible, hard to eat in
