Mr.Big Fish - Seafood restaurant in Naples - 754 Neapolitan Way, USA

A decent place with good seafood at good prices but I sat at the bar to eat and my service was not very good. I had to ask 4 times for a glass of water and waited 16 minutes from 1st time ordering to arrival of water. In this time the bartender served 2 other customers water, chit chatted with 3 customers and cashed out a couple while repeatedly failing to bring me water despite affirming she heard me. Friends who own restaurants tell me they hold staff accountable if they fail to bring water to customers within 3 minutes of being seated. The haddock I had was very good and the broccoli florets were good too and both were good portion sizes. The rice that came with my meal was bland so I opted to eat the bread instead.

Best Seafood ive ever had. The shrimp cargot and the angry lobster pasta salad is out of this world. Friendly waiter Deni, provided the best service imaginable W Ensuring my starter came out first, even though I ordered it after ordering the main dish. Will be a repeat customer.

Nick was our server. He did a great job. Nick was kind and professional. Top Notch! Our food was quick even though the place was almost standing room only. We had reservations and they sat us quickly. Can recommend enough. Thanks Mr. Big Fish

I ordered crab cakes to go; they were amazing! Some of the best I’ve had. The Cole slaw was really good too. The staff was super friendly and offered me a glass of wine while I waited. They were very busy the night I went but they waited on me quickly and with a smile 10 out of 10 recommend and great value for the money Note: They no longer have the friend green tomatoes. There was an old menu in the website

I am not a fan of this restaurant but I could see how certain people may enjoy it. I started my neal with a lobster bisque. The soup was very creamy and flavorful. I ordered a parmesan crusted grouper. While flaky the fish had no flavor. It was disappointing but I finished nonetheless. I order sweet potatoes, which were good not great. They got cold extremely quickly and lost their crisp. My other side was cauliflower mash. This was an interesting side but nothing to write home about. I also tried the fish and chips. This was much better than the grouper. This was actually seasoned unlike the grouper. If you order this you must eat the fish quickly otherwise the fish will get mushy. This restaurant would appeal to people who enioy plain food with out too many seasonings and condiments.

Nice and relaxed spot for good seafood at reasonable prices. The clam chowder was good and I also had Parmesan encrusted swordfish. The salad was so-so. Potatoes au gratin were delicious. All the food was plated nicely and at just the right temp. I would visit again

First off... This has to be one of the busiest evenings they had had in a long time. We had reservations for 7:15pm... BUT we didn't get seated until 8:00. They were very apologetic but we were hungry. Without us asking for anything, they ended up giving us a desert (maybe it was 2 deserts - party of 9). The service was rushed and we had a little difficulty understanding the waiter.. but he was good enough (did have some long lags between seeing him). Remember it was an extremely busy evening! The food was very good! Not the best ever, but very enjoyable (fish seemed fresh). The folks who worked there were friendly enough (though when we got there for the 7:15 reservations, they said a number of times that it would just be a couple more minutes; After 45 min, that gets real old). Anyway, it was a very nice dinner However, if they are really busy, I.would head to the next place in my list!! I'm sure I will go again... But not if there were a bunch of people outside!!!

Had an incredible meal ! The service was top-notch – attentive and friendly. The food was a revelation, with each dish a perfect blend of flavors and textures. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a delight. The ambiance added to the overall enjoyment. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!
