Awesome facility. 24 hour access is great, has the best equipment and they’re always getting something new. You can tell the owner and staff really care about holding the gym to a high standard. The community and staff are very friendly and supportive. Great gym for powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman, or just any type of fitness.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have been trying to contact this gym for a while now to get a refund for a month I’ve been charged for. I tried the free week, however I found that the gym’s distance was too far, so I cancelled within the week. I had still been charged the monthly fee which I figured was a mistake, so I called the gym. The gym gave me an email to use to ask them about it, and after a month of trying to contact them nobody has replied to me. I’m rather disappointed with the customer service, given I enjoyed the facility and wanted to go back in the future, but with the circumstances presented to me I just wanted to warn those who are signing up about this situation.

I've been a member for about a month now. Ownership is very engaging which is appreciated. There's tons of equipment to offer. Air conditioning's on point. Locker room cleanliness and bathrooms are on point. Members are respectful and fun to talk with. There's more comradery here than any other gym I've had a membership with. I'm more of a calisthenics and mobility focused guy, but it's always fun to talk with the power lifters and strongmen. It's also nice to know if I injury myself, I can just roll over to Evolve for physical therapy, lol. Looking forward to the future here

Been going to mpg for about 4 years and have made tons of progress due to mpgs great equipment and atmosphere. The new location is very well equipped and very neat and clean. Mpg is a second home to me and will continue to go there for a long time.

This has been my home gym for almost 8 years now, which is crazy to think. In that time, the gym has only kept getting better and better. You can come in whenever 24/7, equipment is great and plentiful, there's plenty of room, etc. I could go on! Without a doubt the best gym in the area.
