MouseCalls VIP service has been fantastic. I have had several problems with my technology and they have responded and resolved issues quickly and efficiently. Things usually go wrong on Sunday night when a project is due for Monday morning. No problem, it gets resolved Highly recommended. The staff is personable and skilled and it is a pleasure working with them.
I am so glad that I've called up MouseCalls to help me and my family with our technology needs these past couple years. We've developed a great relationship and they sincerely put their customers first. Most recently, they helped us to get a WiFi signal from our house to a detached garage/apartment. They made this experience incredibly easy, were very efficient, and their pricing was more than fair. Not to mention, they let me know in advance that if their first solution didn't work out, they'd cover any costs on their own. I felt very reassured by that, but that is the typical mode for them. They're wonderful to work with and value their clients highly. Their solution did work out the first time and, frankly, I enjoyed getting to know Clifton and talk to him during and after the install. Great group of people to work with and I'll definitely call upon them next time I need help with something.
My laptop completely died and a school paper was due. Mouse Calls responded with lightning speed and assessed the situation, gave me options and costs so I could make an informed decision. They were able to save valuable files and were in constant contact with me. They are amazing!
They are by far the best tech company I have used. I renewed again my VIP membership which continues to very cost effective due to the monitoring of my custom PC they built for me a couple of years ago, and issues and challenges I have called them about.The staff continues to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and very personable. When there have been various computer virus and other potential attacks, they send out warnings. Thank you Clifton, one of there staff, who recently did some computer maintenance and help me organize files. He also answered some additional questions on following days at my convenience. What a great group of people!
I don't know what Clifton did to my computer, but I love it. I think he said something about rebuilding the operating system. All I know is that each time I bring my computer here it runs like new. I've been to a few other places that weren't as good. The prices for their services (for my laptop) are more than fair; and I've enjoyed their customer service. I didn't want to sound too biased so I waited a few weeks so I wasn't only writing this because I was so happy to go from being afraid I'll have to buy another computer and having all my data back with a perfectly running computer.
Service, staff, attention, timeliness….was wonderful! I had the screen replaced on my grandson’s MacBook Pro. Looks and works great now! And when staff learned it was a birthday present for him, they went above and beyond to make sure it was completed on time. New part AND I save $$ compared to Apple’s pricing! Would definitely recommend MouseCalls!
I feel as though they went above and beyond for us. We had a problem that showed up after the repair. They did their best to resolve this and also met me during non office hours so we could pick up the computer before my son took off for college. Found them to be professional, thorough and at a reasonable cost. A special thanks to Cheryl (Sheryl) for coming in on a non work day.
I fried a laptop keyboard with a bleach wiped and asked MouseCalls if they could get me a replacement. It has been a long time since I've had such a great customer service experience. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They also we're not pushy at all when I declined for them to install it. And if their customer service wasn't enough, their customer portal is incredibly slick and easy to usetuse. These folks really have got computerIcomputer/tech help figured outhout. I've been so impressedtimpressed with themsthem that I've also had them securelyrsecurely some old equipment, scheduled an evaluation of my home wifi WiFi network, and may check to see if they can pull photos off an old iPhone.
