Beautiful place for a budget. Friendly staff that baked fresh cookies at the reception. Comfortable and quiet room on the ground floor. Good breakfast. Good location. We were told it was mountain view room, but was not.

Great place. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Semi easy to get to, just follow the GPS. A plus was the laundry area for guest. We have been traveling and needed some fresh clothes. Would definitely stay here again and price was good.

No one knows what is going on at this place. Absolute cluster from the moment we arrived. No elevator so we had to lug our suitcase up the stairs. Keys didn’t work, they thought the room was overbooked, then thought it was dirty and chased us down the hall. We decided it was awful and asked for a refund which, of course, they did not agree to. I sort of understood, but the hotel truly was not what it appeared to be online. We stayed elsewhere and were relieved we left!

I was surprised this wasn't higher up in hotel recommendations for Bozeman. It was expensive to stay here but it was very comfortable with really attentive housekeeping. I'll go back. The ammenities were good. The out of doors made for a pretty walk. Just no complaints.

I extend my stay by one night and they charged my card another $154. That night my room card won’t work I went to the front desk and spoke with Derek. He said I didn’t pay and that the rate was $217. And I had to pay a second time even though I showed him on my credit card the $154 charge. I had no choice but to pay again and a much higher rate for a second time. I asked to speak to a manager and of course there wasn’t one and one never called me later. They rate change you and make you pay twice. The breakfast is not edible the eggs are swimming in liquid and sausage is maybe cooked could not tell. The rest of the staff is nice. But unfair rate change and double payment is not ok. I dispute the charge with my credit card. Don’t stay here. I can overlook A lot but not rate changing and double charging.

Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Didn’t realize there was a jacuzzi tub and fireplace in our room. I couldn’t get fireplace to work but I think it was my mistake. Would definitely stay here again.

This facility is so clean, the views are amazing and the decor is beautiful. We were so pleased with our stay - the staff were all very helpful - they even left out some food for us since we had to leave at 3:30 am for an early flight. We definitely recommend this lodge when visiting Bozeman.

The ladies that Checked us in were great, then we got to our room and 2 min later a man knocked on the door, he said we didn’t pay for our room and I needed to come back to the desk- I told him I had and had a receipt and he just said nope- come to the desk and walked away. (He didn’t tell me his name but from his name tag it looked like his name was Derek.) I pulled up my credit card info and could see I did in fact pay and had a pending charge. I went to the desk and the man was on the phone and just pointed to the credit card machine to have me swipe and I said nope- I paid! The other attendant said I can help you and he looked it up and saw that I did pay and was not sure why I was told I hadn’t . The other guy (Derek)didn’t once look at me, apologize or even acknowledge we had the conversation. The whole thing felt very sketchy especially since it was just me, and my son… I won’t be back- I will be watching my card for additional charges as well
