I really feel comfortable with Mountain View caring for my beloved husky family, they are very professional, caring, empathetic and accommodating. The ladies a the front desk are super friendly and efficient, there is never any confusion or miscommunication, they always text me with reminders, updates and follow-ups. Very happy with my experience. Although my poor boy Voodoo doesn’t agree since he lost a couple of his favorite parts there 🤣

Everyone at Mountain View is so helpful and caring. My dog needed surgery and they were able to preform it within a day and it went very well. Everytime I talk to someone on the phone there it’s an extremely pleasant experience and you can tell they really care. Mountain View has become my preferred vet for my pets now. They have a great reminder system for appointments too!

I have 6 elderly dogs that I inherited.they all need care and their teeth cleaned.we were worried about Anastasia because of their ages but everything went extremely well! Everyone feels so much better and their breath is so much better!our oldest dog 15 is running through the house ! I am so pleased with Mountain View.

They care! Other Veterinary offices I called were very uncaring and unfriendly. Mountain View Veterinary was openly friendly and genuinely caring. Thimbles needed emergency surgery and she wants to go back! Runs straight to the car! I'm relieved that the cost was very doable!

I have always gotten top care at Mountain View. The veterinarians explain things in an easy to understand way with confidence and care. They are knowledgeable with cats and dogs as well as my reptiles and bunnies. I always feel that my animals get the best care here.

I’ve used this veterinary clinic for years when Dr Landon was there and LOVED this clinic. Since he left the clinic has gone downhill. There is no actual way to speak to anyone there but you can leave a message. When you call you get a text thanking you for the call and they will return your call shortly. In my instance I left several messages on 2 separate occasions two months apart and never received a call on either occasion. I lost my dog yesterday and had requested on several occasions for them to call me while he was ill. By the time we got him to the hospital it was too late, he was septic and they could not save him. Had he been seen earlier or been given antibiotics he would still be here. This clinic has lost their personal touch and caring attitude! Should I get another pet I will NOT take them to this clinic! I blame myself for losing my dog only because I shouldn’t have put so much trust in the clinic thst USED to care about their patients.

Simply Superb! On a Monday, they took me in on an emergency need as my regular vet hospital 'too busy' to see my dog which hadn't eaten anything in over 4 days, was barely drinking any water, and was completely lethargic. BTW, 7 other area vet clinics/hospitals were just 'too busy' as well! My dog is 100% country farm dog, mostly always outside on patrol keeping the good things inside the perimeter and the bad things outside of it. The million smells and sights of the Big City like Central Point overwhelm him which was further compounded by an initial confinement in examination room - not a good start. Vet Service Tech Destiny was wonderful, gentle and she listened well. She took 2 minutes to first 'make friends' with him outside of the facility. She recognized him being anxious so we did all the preliminary work outside and only went inside when the room and doctor were ready for us. What a huge difference! versus previously being told you must muzzle and sedate him before coming in. Kudos to her. Dr. Bridge used a gentle and non-threatening manner by taking a minute to 'make friends' and carefully understanding my previous conveyances to Destiny before performing the exam. He took the time to talk with me, not at me. Refreshing and terrific! Here we are 3 days later and after the initial medicine treatment, Dr. Bridge's remedy on changing his diet has thus far proven to be spot on. We've got our property patrol dog back in action [like it never even happened]. My sincere thanks to this team for a job well done, you now have a customer for life.

I have been looking for a caring and thorough vet for my golden retriever and this is one of the best clinics I have been to. Dr. Bridges and the entire staff were SO friendly and communicative. They currently accept new patients, and I was able to get in within a few days. When I arrived 10 min early, there was no waiting and I went right back. They focus on diet and non invasive solutions. Top notch service and less expensive than every other clinic I’ve visited!
