No strikes against the waitress when it comes to the service score. She was wonderful and I feel bad she didn't get her tip tonight. Their card reader is broken (hostess mentioned its been giving her trouble all day), I gave them 4 different cards with all of them not going through. Hostess brought the owner up to us to figure out what we can do. Handed all the cash I had in my pocket (60 bucks), offered to leave my cell, wrote my name, I live just less than 5 minutes down the street. But the owner treated me with disrespect as if I was in the wrong even though its his machines that didn't work. Instead of wanting to wait for me to grab a checkbook or just pull out cash from bank ATM he took my ID to write down my information and expects me to return tomorrow. I still tried to go to bank ATM after we left but it was fully closed up when I got back. I'll be sure they get their money tomorrow simply because its the right thing to do. I'll have to do it in between my work schedule and appointments, but I for sure won't be giving my business to this place ever again. It's not my fault their machines are down, and I shouldn't be treated like I am trying to cheat them. Can't recommend this place due to this terrible experience.

This is most definitely the BEST restaurant in the Valley! Everything about this establishment is very good and the staff, cooks, and owners are extremely courteous and has the best atmosphere for their restaurant. The cook John is by far the best and fastest cook in the Valley. I 100% recommend this for everyone and their families to enjoy!!!

food was great recommend the burgers for sure. the waitress was very overwhelmed since we were a large party. the most upsetting part and we almost left because of it was the fact they stopped serving breakfast at 11:30, being that we were traveling through, that would have been nice to know if it was listed on the website when we checked it out first.

This place was on point! Friendly fast service. I had two over easy eggs smothered in their authentic green chili, with sausage patties. My wife had French toast. Even our neighbors food looked fantastic. Our waitress Adriana was amazing too. I would highly recommend this location. Good restaurants are few and far between. My photo did not give the food justice.

Here on vacation and decided to grab dinner and we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a good steak definitely check this place out. They are hand cut! Affordable and delicious! 10/10 recommend

A friend recommended this amazing breakfast place. I visited the San Luis Valley and a friend recommended this restaurant. Service staff is amazing and they space people 6 feet apart properly do to covid-19 it's a great place to eat and the breakfast food was beyond what I expected. I had pancakes hash browns sausage and eggs. Perfect.

We were on the road back to Denver and knew we needed to stop somewhere for food. This seemed like a decent spot and it was the last restaurant on the strip of road before we were stuck having to wait. Service was fast and the waitress was nice and task focused. I had the tortilla burger in green chili salsa and it was delicious! We did wait for a while expecting our card to get taken back and processed, but our waitress did then notice we were still there and told us to pay up front. No big deal, since we were chatting and digesting, but if you're in a hurry, when you get the check, pay up front.

Food was good, wait staff clearly overwhelmed, half way through the meal the music stopped, the lights went full on and it was clearly time to leave the restaurant. They should stop allowing guests earlier on if they want to leave earlier in the evening without making it clear that theyre closing, shame.
