Mountain View Motel - Motel in Maryville - 1901 W Broadway Ave, USA

This is a smaller older motel that we kind of wondered what to expect when we got to our rooms. However we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are all pretty well updated with fresh paint, tile showers, new carpet, new toliets and comfortable beds. The rooms smelled so good. Everything was very nice and clean. Our beds had nice clean sheets. You can tell the owners work very hard to make this a nice clean hotel and they have accomplished that. I would definitely highly recommend this place.

The room itself was nice and clean. But the woman and man are so rude. They don’t like children they will tell you no noise no walking no playing. And kick you out because your children are “to loud” but people smoking pot outside and dealing drugs are fine

Doesn't look too bad outside. Inside is wonderful and newly remodeled. Very nice place to stay. I will be staying again! Price was reasonable also.

If y’all are confused about the reviews, some of the short term stay rooms that are furthest from the office located on the left side are the new rooms and the rest are the older rooms that need updating. They have different prices. I was moving and needed a place to stay for my daughter and I temporarily. Some y’all act like this should be the Hilton. If you want the Hilton go stay at the Hilton. I’m grateful for the respect that I obtained from the owner and his family while I stayed here. They were very nice to me.

There was no hot water in the room and had to take cold showers. We did let the front desk know but they did nothing about it and nothing was done. Don't walk barefooted in the room because your feet will get black, the beds are hard and have been there for years. We stayed there for 2 weeks and on the third week we were told we had to leave bc they were going to renovate the room. They still haven't started on it but let's not forget to mention the fact that our neighbors were very noisy and was always fussing and fighting also asked my husband if he wanted to buy drugs from him. We left the place and will never go back. Next time I will just sleep in my car.

This motel was amazing. I was charged 80 for one night on Valentine's day and it was as clean as any 150 dollar hotel I've been in. All of the furniture was shiny and new and clean, and the bed was very comfortable with warm, soft blankets and fluffy pillows. The staff was very hospitable, although they had a bit of trouble identifying my online reservation, it was quickly resolved. If I stay in the area for another night in the future, I will go out of my way to reserve a night in this motel.

Rude and they have cameras in their rooms. They also up charge you $5 each time you come so it starts off at 70th and 75 then 80 and so on. They have bad attitudes. The rooms are

We love family-run establishments. Our room was scrupulously clean, & the refrigerator/ freezer combo a nice size. Quiet & plain, but it suited us just fine.
