Mountain View Inn - Hotel in Flagstaff - 3100 Rte 66, USA

The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was there’s no inside latch lock for the door. For security reasons, I really wish there was. I did appreciate the promptness of the staff responding to any questions or issues. I’m a cheap solo traveler. I don’t need any frills. This was perfect for me.

I've never stayed here but after i was in a car accident caused by a construction crew down the road tossing debris into the road tearing out the underside of our car(we were also momentarily airborne and lucky to not be in worse shape), the owners came out to try to intimidate us into getting it towed immediately yelling at my mom and I who both are injured. The police gave us 72 hours to move our car. And they came out to remind us that it's private property and tell us that we need it moved before the weekend OR ELSE.

It was a last minute booking.. Yes it's cheap but... there are no reading lights or coffee maker, only has 2 pillows, next to highway although room is pretty quiet. It's very clean. I would spend a little more for another place. There are no views.

Quick and easy check-in at the best price. Room smelled like the lavender cleaner Fabuloso, my favorite! The bed was very comfortable and had a lot of comfy pillows. I had a renovating sleep after a long drive and feeling energized and ready for the Grand Canyon!

Great place for a great price! Clean rooms. Next to the tracks, which some may see as a downfall, but I loved and missed it. Right on old Route 66. Close to everything I wanted to do in Arizona for a fraction of the price. Towels weren't real soft, but the hot water kept getting hotter. Would undoubtedly stay there again.

The lady at the front has zero customer service skills. Has the audacity to laugh and mock you. She has two different policies for deposit. One for $50 for one night and is subject to change for longer stays and one for $100. I guess she decided to opt for more money and go for $100. Also a liar, told me the office would be open at 8:30 am. Office opens at 9:30 am. Also messaged me in an incoherent sentences. I would say avoid the place and go elsewhere. Also many discrepancies in the room and bed sheets were nothing to write home about.

Book it! I loved staying here- safe, clean, quiet, & a mountain view! The front desk attendant was lovely (I left my book behind/ plan to come back/ stay here again). This is definitely one of the better options, also central to activities & the room has a nice vibe/ HOT water & comfy bed.

Front desk is beyond rude. Couldn’t get another pillow for my 2 year old son. Was told the room was only for 2. Told them we had my son and she again replied it’s strictly for 2 people. Asked for an extra towel to top it off since we only got 2 and was told to come back for one so my son annd I had to share a towel. Attitude was ridiculous as she stood with her kid behind the front desk. Cherry on top was the stains that looked like blood on the inside of the shower curtains. Worst hotel experience.
