We stopped for breakfast and they have such good service!!! We will be back! The owners are amazing and everything is home cooked. The food is amazing and the cook (who im guessing is the owner) comes out and asked how the food is. The jam they made was AMAZING!

The café is open! The café is open! Be sure to check it out even if you're not staying at the hotel. This is a quirky place but the rooms are nice and the beds super comfortable. It's not large so if you want to star during prime dates in winter or summer, book early. After a couple of missed starts, the café is now being run by a local family from Centennial. We tried the baked goods and coffee today (and they offer a lot more) and they did a great job.

FIRST- if you are thinking of this as a traditional “hotel,” you may be disappointed. This is more of a VRBO / AirBnB type rental place made up of several units. That is not to say it is a bad thing- the name hotel in the title is just a misnomer, in my opinion, regardless of it maybe being a “hotel” in the past. I stayed in the Buffalo Roam room.||Check in was easy, host was nice and responsive, and room was pretty clean with the exception of an item I brought to the host’s attention. I guess being an older building, the walls are fairly thin and I heard talking (to the point I honestly understood the conversation) coming from an adjacent room.||The little extras were thoughtful: k-cup coffee, complimentary snacks, and water bottles.||If you are staying in Centennial, your options are limited, but I would certainly stay here again!

Staying at the MVH was both good and not so good. I cannot comment on the breakfast as their chef moved away and they did not offer breakfast during our stay. As such we never went into the lobby as our rooms had outside entrances. The rooms were clean, smelled good and were quaint. The outside of the MVH could use some TLC but it was still picked up, had tables and chairs on the covered porch for guests and looked like there were ample security cameras around the building. The biggest drawback in the two rooms we rented were the awful mattresses. We all suffered through 3 nights of restless sleep and morning aches. If you prefer a ridiculously hard mattress this is the place for you. There is not much, if any, cell signal in Centennial but the MVH had Wi-Fi for the guests and a TV with viewing options. I would rent from them again if there was a discount for the lack of breakfast; and if we either bring mattress toppers to make them softer or they replace the mattresses.

Our family drove from Nebraska, Montana, and Iowa for our annual ski trip. Rooms were SO CLEAN, plenty of space for our two parties of 2, and one party of 5. There are games for kids, and two dinner places are a short walk away. Hosts were easy to reach, returned answers if message was left. Keyless entry is so nice. We could hear folks in next door room, they were not loud, and since most folks had skied all day, it was dead quiet by 10 pm. Will happily continue staying there as it was lovely.

Great place for our family of 4 while driving through Wyoming. The rooms were clean and the contactless check in was easy. They answered right away when we called. Couldn’t ask for more for the price and location.

Cute, quaint, and cozy historical place to stay. Room was clean and well stocked. Didn't have any problems with the contact-less check in. The owners kept us well informed via email. We stopped by the attached cafe for coffee in the morning, which was very good. We also got a hazelnut scone with chocolate chips. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best scone I have ever had. The couple in the cafe were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Best breakfast burrito ever! Crispy hash browns inside with a fantastic green sauce over the top. It’s going to serve as breakfast and lunch since it’s so huge. The latte was top notch too and all packaging for leftovers was green- no plastic! The proprietor was charming and we hope to stay here when we return to the Snowy Range! Even if the rooms are all booked, we will dine here every chance we get!
