I called them because It is time for us to go and put our 17 year old Bichon/Maltese. The person that answered the phone was super patient with me while I asked questions and took some notes and didn't get irritated when I asked her to repeat some answers. All in all, I believe we made the right choice picking them.
My Bella was treated very lovingly. All my questions were answered. She recovered very quickly from her surgery. We were very happy with Mountain View.
Dr Bliven & Dr Stephen's are great veterinarians! They're gentle & kind with our fur babies, yet firm in their directions. They never give vaccines or medication unless it's necessary. I appreciate them so much.
We are huge fans of this place! We took one of our dogs here for immediate care when he got sick, and our normal vet didn't have any availability within the coming months. After this service, we made this place our primary vet care with both of our dogs. The front desk folks are really nice, the vets are good, they have great availability, plus the prices are reasonable.
Friendly customer service. The doc is very nice and gentle. Prices is reasonable. Front desk people are welcome and sweet. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Dr Steven’s was amazing! She was personable, communicative and gentle too. They were gentle with our puppies eyes and helped him with his allergies and put us at ease.
Best Vet in the west! I have been taking my Pets to Mountain View for about 12, or 13 years. Three Cats, and one Dog! Love this hospital! Dr Bliven and staff have been so helpful, and caring, they are so kind! I can't say enough about how great they are! I moved here almost 20 years ago from another State, this clinic is one of best things I have found in Washington! Thank you guys, I appreciate you!
