Took some creativity, but I enjoyed my stay here very much, wish it would last forever.

MV was awesome throughout my whole experience. There were zero issues and they were always eager to help with any questions we ever had. We had a 2 person apartment and it had plenty of room and space for the two of us. I highly recommend MVP to anyone looking for a place to live in the area!

We have been leasing with Mountain Valley Properties for about a year! They have been so wonderful to work with! Any issue with have ever had (which have all been minor) Kristy or any of the other staff with reply to my email the same day, and they always send someone out the same day too or the very next morning! Anyone that has ever came into our home has been very pleasant and always cleans up everything! If we aren’t home and they work on something I can’t even tell they were here because they clean up the messes so well! We love everything about Mountain Valley and how accommodating they are! Truly can’t thank them enough for being so great to us with this being our first rental it will be hard to top them for sure! 😊

MVP is the best property company I have ever leased with. They were super flexible for accommodating a longer lease. Anything I needed addressed on the property was completed within 8 hours, I kid you not. Kristy and the team were awesome! I never had a bad experience while living here and wish I didn’t have to leave southern Illinois! Thank you for a great experience!!!

We loved our time with MVP rentals. Kristy in the office is so on top of things, friendly, professional and goes above and beyond for their tenants. Turn around time for maintenance calls was usually less than 24 hours and the place was a great value. We highly recommend MVP rentals.

The absolute BEST property management company I’ve ever leased with…. Mountain Valley Properties!! I’ve had to move a lot and lived in 5 apartments in the last 7 years. My 6th apartment was with MVP and my experience was fantastic! I graduated from SIU and had to move the 7th time, I was excited for a new place… Then, I was sorely disappointed. I have yet to meet a comparable property company. Kristy always responded on the same day and always welcomed questions and concerns. The maintenance team is ALWAYS on the property. The lawns and parking lots are always clean! There were many times that I called in work orders and maintenance showed up in less than an hour. I’m telling you.. don’t make the mistake of waiting until your LAST year of college!! Sign the lease early on and stick with them. Excellent company and if I ever move back to Carbondale, I’ll see what they have available first.

Mountain Valley apartments are very well kept and clean! We have no complaints! Kristy and everyone else is super nice up at the office and they make sure everyone is well taken care of! Maintenance does a great job at keeping the apartment building clean and they are quick to respond if you need anything!

My experience with MVP overall was very positive. I think they are definitely one of the better companies to rent from in the area and they run a good business. I would definitely recommend renting from them.
