We requested a King Studio room with a Hot Tub/Jacuzzi for a stay x 4 nights. The room was large as was the Jacuzzi, easily fitting two adults + Loved it had separate tub/shower/ bathroom sink as well as an outer room sink area. Coat closet had an ironing board, etc. Built-in hair dryer, had an adequate size refrigerator & motel size microwave. Had a one cup pod type coffee maker. All this & Free Breakfast! We’ve stayed at MANY motels in my 70 years & this had not only thee best selection of breakfast foods but, was the best fluffiest scrambled eggs anywhere & I am Picky!! Link sausages, Yes, it was microwave bacon, but tasty nonetheless. Waffles, fruits, cereals, bagels, yogurts, condiments galore, muffins, breakfast bars, juices, coffee, teas & a big water dispenser that I saw patrons filling their to go Yeti’s! Very Clean breakfast area! -Our check in staff was Friendly, helpful as was all the staff. They did call before we arrived explaining their pool & hot tub are working however; the hot water heater needed for those in pool area parts were to come! Still swimable. There is a steam room & exercise room available as well. All in All, I am giving OUR experience a 5-Star rating!! And, am recommending to friends, family & we will be back!! 💖 (No! I am not a relative of anyone working at this motel. It is my 1st time here & won’t be our last)!
In Hailey for a wedding, this place had a great location and price. Staff was very helpful, we asked for several things like an iron and board ( they brought one right away) . My wife needed some moisturizing cream for skin and they got her some no charge. The breakfast was standard but was fresh and greatly appreciated! Coffee was very good, better than a lot I’ve had at other hotels. The only negative was not against them it was the local Dominos, service was bad , took 1.75 hours to get a delivery, pretty sure pizza was in the box for the whole time it was dried up and nasty.
This will be the 82nd motel review in the last two years. Hope others find these reviews helpful. Let's get on it. Service- The person we checked in with was cold and distant. Talked with the staff more than she did checking in three different persons. Main staff never said jack even when greeted. Room- The room was clean and housekeeping came in daily. Layout was nice with plenty of room. When backing up the chair at the desk constantly hit the fridge. The furniture was top notch at one time, but it's showing a lot of age and abuse. Fridge wasn't cold enough and no place to adjust. Liked the separate rooms in the bathroom. Shower had plenty of water pressure but the shower knob took both hands to work. The dial on the shower is a different beast and took a while to understand. Swim pool and hot tub- Was told it was cold as they were missing a part. Stuff happens. Breakfast- Typical fair with paper thin bacon, eggs sitting in water, but hey there's waffles... Location- Right across from where we were working.
We arrived and the toilet was broken. Then there was no hot water to take a shower. We paid extra to have a room with a jacuzzi, but we couldn't even enjoy it because the water wasn't hot. They told us before we arrived that the pool and jacuzzi was broken, but they said that sauna works. While we were here the remote for sauna broke, so we couldn't enjoy the sauna either. One of our worst experiences. The pictures they posted on their website are really nice, but then you get here and everything is broken. Would not recommend it to anyone.
We specifically chose this place to have a pool and hot tub. The heater was broken so we were not able to use either. Skip the breakfast and get something somewhere else if you want good food. The rooms need some serious updates.
Booked a hotel room in this basic 3 star hotel, and cost per night is $436, which is outrageous. The hotel called me in advance of the stay to tell me their pool is not working and will not be, and all they will offer is a 15% discount. The pool was a major requirement, and this is hugely disappointing. The most disappointing aspect is the hotel general mgr and her unwillingness to be reasonable and accommodating, especially when they are taking advantage of customers by charging $436 / night. I am highly disappointed and feel taken advantage of.
We’ve stayed here through the past few years on work trips. It’s my first since they’ve “rebranded “. Overall I was very happy with everything. The bed was comfortable, the shower and sink area more then adequate and plenty of hot water. I had a few things I had to go to the front desk for ( batteries, an extra blanket and change for vending). All three of the women were very helpful and polite. The new decor caught me off guard but I found it inviting and unique. All in all a great place to stay and definitely the most affordable in Hailey. Will be returning again in a couple weeks. 👍
Stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms for 2 nights. The room itself was standard 2 queens but was very much weathered from either guests or previous pets. Lamp shades were damaged. Nail polish was spilled between the 2 beds on the carpet. The dresser corner was very damaged and an attempt was made to glue it back together. The phone system for this hotel was down the entire time prior to our stay as well as during so it made booking a room here and communicating with the hotel very difficult. We basically had to show up and hope they had a room. The online booking system showed they had a king room available but upon arrival they only had a 2 queen room which was more expensive then the king room we intended on staying in. Staff was friendly and complimentary breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub during our stay. It was very nice that they had adult only hours for the pool.
I had the most lovely visit at Black Owl! Iâm a flight attendant, and just decided to go on a stroll before heading to work today. I happened to find this treasure, and will definitely be back! I tried the Night Owl coffee and the egg scramble with
Our group of nine recently had an amazing meal at CK's. My husband and I split the sweet potato chips, the local roasted beet and backyard poached pear salad, and the catch of the day, sea bass. All were absolutely wonderful. The group shared the ama

Definitely 5 stars ð Some of the best Carnitas I've ever found and a darn good Cadillac Margherita. These guys give a whole new meaning to the phrase "running food" to the tables - they were all just about running. The entire staff is excellent
We were here for their Italian food. We ordered white clam w/ Ãngel hair and meatball pasta. The dinner came with the salad and bread. Our servicer Charles was very friendly. Good food and great service!

Great place to eat! Great smoky smells as soon as you walk in. The meat was tender and moist, the Mac and cheese was delicious, and the mashed potatoes were flavorful. We went at 1 when not too many people were there and it still was fresh. Would rec
Came back to KBs after 10 years, we are impressed. Their sauce game, especially their green spicy salsa, is on point. A no frills Mexican restaurant in town that doesnât glue their food with cheese. Their street tacos have fresh ingredients and th
