First off, I was amazed at how Nick at Mountain Tech listened to me, saw this from my point of view, and showed empathy for how disappointed my son was that his brand new computer was not working correctly. Therefore, it shows that Nick also has a huge heart.
When I brought the computer to Nick, he immediately tried vigorously to diagnose the problem, and to see if there was a possible fix for it. He then discovered that a component on the computer was burnt out. He was able to diagnose this problem within 20 minutes.
Nick then advised that I return the computer right away, which I did, and we were refunded fully. Nick also was very up front and very fair on the price for his services. He does not over charge, and does not try to add in any unnecessary repairs on you. Thank you so much Nick for your help and kindness, I recommend anyone who is in need of computer repair and/or diagnosis to contact Nick right away. Total Class Act! Great Customer Service!
