I took my daughter here for her 13th Birthday. Unfortunately it was the weekend we got a snow blizzard (wasn’t planning on that). Wasn’t the greatest experience trying to get there because of the snow, I would recommend going in nicer weather. I wanted to cancel and try to reschedule but the policy they sent me did say if it’s within 15 days of stay you would not get refunded. Overall we had a great weekend, They did plow the road so made it a little easier to get out the day we left. Place was Very clean and the process to rent was quick and stress free. I would definitely recommend and go again(Summer time) and would rent a bigger cabin.

Absolutely loved the cabin! It was private enough even though we were between two cabins. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend to anyone for a quiet trip away. The private hot tubs really made it a wonderful, relaxing trip!

The bobcat cabin was great. Well equipped with everything you need including wi-fi that worked great. Main reason for the review though is that the owner and his son went above and beyond to help us transport our stuff to the cabin after our vehicle got stuck in the snow at the bottom of the hill on the little resort road. Not only did they make sure we got to our cabin but they also graciously helped tow the car to the top of the hill the day we left. Other than getting the car stuck, we had a great time and will definitely try to return.

We stayed in the Maple Tree Cabin (2 adults, a 5 year old and a dog) and we really enjoyed it. The cabin was small, yet cozy and comfortable (this is noted on the website). Our 5 year old loved sleeping in the loft and had no problem navigating the ladder. We loved the proximity to Cooper's Rock, Morgantown and several other state parks. The hot tub and backyard creek was so wonderful. I loved that there was a welcome booklet that showed us things to do and places to eat. The owners are very accommodating. The only down side, as others have mentioned, is how close the cabins are to each other. We definitely would come back although we would probably rent one of the larger cabins.

We stayed in the Caleb cabin. This cabin was perfect for a couple's getaway with our husky. She loved the creek. It's so close to this cabin that you can always hear it. This definitely helped me find an inner peace. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom looks out into the woods and the creek. The hot tub was wonderful for relaxing after a long day of hiking at Coopers Rock. This was our first time at MCC and we will definitely be back.

My family and I LOVED our stay at Mountain Creek Cabins. The cabin itself was amazing, well supplied with all the necessities. The location was secluded and just wonderful. The creek right behind the cabin, the walking trails, the fire pit, the hot tub, everything was amazing! We can't wait to stay here again!

This was our second time staying in the cabins. Extremely peaceful and beautiful. Love the creek that flows behind all the cabins. Cabins are very comfy and clean. Hot tubs are awesome. I would bring your own wood for the fire pit though. We bought it there and it wouldn’t lite. It was to moist. Other than that it was a great relaxing weekend. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Mountain Creek cabins. Our first stay was at white tail ( awesome cabin) 3 years ago. This fall we stayed at Caleb cabin, and we loved it! The owners immediately came to our rescue when I forgot a lighter to start a fire. I sent a text message and he was there within 20 mins with a lighter for us. We are looking to rent a larger cabin next year for a large family weekend get away. I recommend these cabins to all my friends and family all the time.
