Awesome updated older motel. "Older than some, cleaner than most." Clean and comfortable. The best value in the area. We stayed in room 148. One stained ceiling tile in the bathroom. Everything works well. Comfortable bed. Good shower head. Newer carpet. Great find. Fantastic price. GREAT value.

Not a high end motel but it has everything we needed. I love the room we had and it was super easy to get our belongings in and out. A small pool outside and an older place but still a nice place to stay. We would stay here again.😊

We enjoyed our weekend stay at mountain aire. I chose this place because the reviews were pretty consistent about it's cleanliness. I agree. It was very clean. Smelled clean. The sheets were clean. The staff was pleasant. There was plenty of towels and things we needed. My only complaint is the room we got was a deluxe queen room and I truly don't feel those were queen size beds. Maybe im wrong because im used to sleeping on a king bed. Nevertheless it was a great place to lay our heads after a long day at the waterpark. The pool was nice too. We appreciate the stay!

Super sweet owner who was very attentive and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed when we checked in. And for such good rates we thought it would be a little run down but it was so so clean! Not a speck of dirt anywhere to be seen. My only catch up was the ramp being so steep to the second floor and the steps being on the other end. Again not a big deal when all of the positives outweigh that one little detail. If I ever come back I will be staying here :)

Just like the sign says. It’s older than most and cleaner than many. It is an older place, but the rooms are very clean and beds very cozy. They have a 2 queen deluxe room, if you have kids, there’s actually have a bed in two different rooms so you can have your own space. Highly recommend.

We saw good reviews on booking.com where we made our res and so took the chance for our pass through to Smoky Mtns. Pleasantly surprised very nice clean room. No noise and lots of areas around for gas/restarants and coffee. Be sure to visit Black Rifle Coffee down the street and they have a drive through. |I would recommend and stay here again.

We arrived at 8 pm on July 4th to spend the weekend in the area. After checking in we go to our room only to discover it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests had left. Lady working the desk was very upset and after speaking with the owner/boss offered to refund our money( which was nonsense considering the whole area was booked up) or to give her time to clean the room because they had no other rooms available. So after a few hours we come back and the room had been cleaned but when we went to use the toilet it was plugged. When I called down to the office they told me I could come get a plunger! So after spending the day on the road and not having the room ready I got to plunge someone else’s poop! Fortunately the next few days were good. Rooms are dated but neat and clean. Location is nice for getting around. I feel bad for the lady working the desk because it seemed like she genuinely cared about our stay but we never got an apology from the owner/boss for the condition of room. Definitely would not stay again.
