Beautiful views! Small parking lot, right off the road. Open from 7am until dusk. Trail map posted at the exit of the parking lot.
It's high up and beautiful.
The high bridge gives a great vantage point overlooking the beautiful E Fork of the Lewis River.
The multiple shades of green of the trees contrasting the deep aquamarine color of the river make for some amazing photo ops.
The High Bridge is accessible from the upper parking area after a mini easy hike. The bridge is also accessible from the Hantwick trailhead after a longer ( 2 mile) but also easy hike as well.
DON"T JUMP---but just chill and enjoy!

4-mile out and back, pet-friendly trail to/from Moulton Falls and Hantwick trailhead. Free but limited parking. 95% flat. I prefer starting at Hantwick so the payoff is the beautiful canyon, river and bridge. Winter is a great time to get the trail mostly to yourself. Summer can be very busy.
Perfectly picturesque view, whether looking from the bridge or looking at the bridge. Easy walk to the viewing point then a slight uphill but short walk to the bridge. Swimming in the river is cold but clear but and fun. Moulton Falls park has tons of trails and viewpoints throughout. Picnic tables are spread throughout in different areas of the park. Any season is a good season at Moulton.

Omg!!! It's a paradise! So beautiful! Its an easy hike, or you can take off shoots for more of a challenge. There are friendly people and dogs and a walkable river. Ridiculously beautiful.
What a gorgeous bridge! We parked off Lucia Road and walked to this romantic bridge that stands above the Lewis River. The trees are covered with moss and there are so many wonderful photo ops here! Enjoy the walk.
Hiked this trail 2/18/19. Trail is in good condition with a few trees over the trail and snow starting in the forrest and growing ro a foot or more on the ridge. Trail was packed down snow from previous hikers. Snow had iced over in the forrest and on the ridge in the morning, so microspikes and trekking poles are helpful. I got to the upper lot at 7:00 am and at 7:10am they opened the gate. The upper lot has plenty of great parking, but not bathroom. There are picnic down the hill from the parking area.
Saw a ton of people as I was making my descent, which was expected for a holiday weekend for most people on a Monday. I was the first one in the lot and on the trail.

The people are just fantastic. They are so kind and will make just what you want. The tacos were super yummy and had fantastic taste. We will definitely be back. We try tacos from different places and you can tell a lot from such a simple dish. Loved
