I come here a lot with my husband or with friends, and have never been disappointed. I love the selection and the frequent rotation of the cocktail menu and their whiskeys. I’ve had maybe one cocktail that I didn’t like which could probably just be chalked up to personal preference. The atmosphere is awesome, the music is always great and the perfect volume to have a conversation. The employees are really knowledgeable about the different drinks, or are willing to grab another more experienced employee if they don’t know something. Such a gem of a bar, we’re lucky to have it in RO!

I came in on a Sunday, during the Lions game. My friend and I were the only two patrons in the distillery. I decided to partake in a flight of whiskey while my friend had a cocktail. I appreciate a distillery that is comfortable in their identity and love to experiment. Was it the best whiskey I have had? No, but there was great complexity and execution in every poor. I kick myself for not returning and getting a bottle or two. Definitely will return in the future and try more of their offerings.

Great drinks great service the bartender and distiller gave me a shot of their whiskey for my birthday. We got shamrock slushes with bourbon in them and they were amazing

I come in here all the time. By far my favorite spot in Royal Oak. Music is on point. Awesome vibe, very relaxed and welcoming. Eric is an excellent kisser. Space is rustic and open. Whiskey 🔥🔥. No food, but can bring in your own food.

One of my favorite local distilleries in the Detroit area. Try the coffee infused bourbon, Bump 'n Grind. It's fantastic! Bartenders and servers are also super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Keep up the good work MCG! Arrrghhh...Bump n Grind is no more. Try the cocktail named Smoking Section. It's one of the better rye cocktails I've ever had.
