Terrible customer service. Can't return 1 out of 100 phone calls. Went to their truck show, trucks looked ok but the showmen couldn't talk shop. Followed up a few weeks later, 3 of 4 contacts had quit. I had to drive for hours to confirm company offices were real: critically understaffed. I got 2 used Motiv trucks, DOA, with low miles in very good condition. Even if they were thrown $100k/ea COD, they couldn't even drive them for 200 miles. Now I have to send them to a mechanic who actually works on EV's. If you want good etruck, go for Edison Motors, Lightning eMotors, or Model1, or Bluebird...

Cutting edge Technology. Power control systems that will manage any battery rype, in any large vehicle. No more chassis redesigns because somebody changed the terminal locations or chemical composituon of a battery!! They ready have a full size, all electric (not hybrid!!), garbage truck in Chicago! For over a year it has been, quietly, handling vehicle, hydraulics, ice, blizzards, etc. All while handling tons of trash every month. They are able to handle power for any large vehicle from full size truck to you name it. Buses, delivery trucks of all kinds, even construction vehicles, I.e. Back hoes, bull dozers, etc. The only thing better is the environment. Smart, happy, educated, busy but not rushed, people and environment. They even made Popular Science Top 100 Green Technologies list right up near the Top!
