When the COVID pandemic hit, Motio was checking in with us by phone and sending us e-mail alerts on related security concerns...this was before we gave them the business. Meanwhile, we heard crickets from the provider that was still in place and was much more expensive. Frankly, that sealed the deal for us. Since we began, they have sold us on some additional services/products, but have also advised us to get rid of or reduce others. As a result, Motio has demonstrated that they want us to have the right solutions, not just add more things to the invoice. I can't ask for more than that.
