Motel Long Lake & Cottages Llc - Motel in Long Lake - 51 Dock Rd, USA

We stayed for three nights in late October 2023 in one of the dog-friendly cabins, and we really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was super clean and cozy, and it had all of the dishes we needed to make dinner and lunches for ourselves. We liked how close the cabins were to the town of Long Lake. Also, near a ton of great hiking trails, which is why we came. Check-in and out was easy and came with clear instructions. When I had a question about some construction happening on a section of the campground, the owner got back to me immediately and was super friendly. Hope to be back!

Opening up the door to our room was such a lovely surprise. The entire room made us feel welcome. I don't think there was one thing the owners hadn't thought of to make this a pleasant stay. Very best part was the screened in patio with several lounge chairs that looked out on the stream and fall colors. Only stayed one night but will definitely return for a longer visit.

Rented Cottage 26, one of the largest cottages right on the lake for a week in September. Everything about this cottage was perfect - it was spotless, well appointed with higher end appliances and utensils, the grill on the porch worked well (bring your own little propane). The beds were very comfortable and the seating in the living room was ample and comfortable as well. There are TV's in all the bedrooms, as well as in the living room. The pictures on the website are very realistic so I did not any photos. The showers work great and the water is very hot. There is a fire place as well but we did not use it so I cannot speak to it. This is a prime rental right on the lake. The marina to rent boats is right by the property and is inexpensive compared to lake George. Fantastic views from the porch. I cannot think of one thing to criticize and I am very picky. the seaplane only took off a few times so it was not bothersome but if you come high season I would imagine that plane would be be constant. However the seaplane is part of the Long Lake charm. One of the nicest places I have ever rented.

Great place to stay! Excellent location, wonderful atmosphere, many amenities, friendly staff, great service! Cottage was fully furnished, idyllic setting. Outdoor recreation area perfect place to entertain kids, clean sandy beach. Kayaks and canoes available for guests to use.

Overall wonderful experience! Worth the trip and cost! Would highly recommend and would stay again. Room 19 is the best ever!!|Beautiful views and a lot to do. Not touristy at all.|Only go for solitude and relaxation !! You can even walk to the town of Long Lake for a great meal and explore the town of Long Lake.

The owners are the very best & super friendly & helpful.|This was our 2nd time here & will be back, a beautiful place on Long Lake.|The access to hikes is perfect with many great ones nearby.|We had dinner it Tupper Lake just up the road & recommend it as a nice town to visit.

Very nice facility located on a very pretty and protected cove. The cottage 10 pine was gorgeous, newly done in blond pine planking, nicely decorated. Everything you need including large screened in porch with propane barbeque. working fireplace All kinds of boating and kayaking/canoeing covered public areas in event of rain, flowers all around grounds. Never met the owners or staff because we checked in late and left early, but place is well maintained and cared for. Will definitely book next summer for a longer stay
