Close to beach big plus. Pet charge was $50 a night. Rooms have been recently renovated. |We had a one bedroom plus living area. It was very comfortable space.| Kitchen was fully equipped| Downside there are no restaurants near by to walk to so you have to drive. |If you are travelling with dogs you will have to phone ahead to make sure fido is welcome at any of the restaurants.
Cute little hotel right off of the beach! The inside has been newly remodeled. It’s pretty modern and had a nice coastal vibe. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better(sand and dirt coming from the edges of the shower) . The bathroom was missing most of its grout between the tiles so it made it look a little dirty. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and Nancy at the front was so nice!
Some of the towels had hair still embedded into them, which kind of grossed me out, but they were still clean nonetheless, I just pulled them out and threw it out, I also did find more hair in the bed sheets! But like I said before, they were clean! I'll definitely stay here again!
We loved the newly remodified hotel.we loved the newly designed hotel. We are warmly welcomed by the employees. We loved the hospitality of Akhi. We would loved to come back again. They have all the amenities in the rooms coffee, coffee pods, TVs, Ice machine, microwave etc. we would love to come back.
PORT ARANSAS HIDDEN GEM! Loved everything about the stay. The staff was great, and very attentive. Location is PERFECT! Only a 1 min walk to the sandy beach. Rooms were on point! Beds were very comfortable, Room was clean. Highly recommend! Will be staying again very soon.

So glad it reopened. Great little hotel that was totally renovated since the hurricane. Nice rooms at an affordable price and you can't beat the location, less then a minute walk to the beach.
We loved our stay at seaside boutique hotel! Just a quick walk to the beautiful beach. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We appreciated the breakfast snacks and coffee.
Enjoyed seeing the sunrise! Picturesque. People were fishing from the beach. Saw that they caught catfish, perch, and a small shark (which was returned to the ocean). The water was perfect, not extremely cold. Not warm. Walked the beach. Admire Port
