Motel 9 - Motel in Fort Collins - 3634 E Mulberry St, USA

Although the place is a little dated ... owner was nice and very accommodating. I had no problem with the stay and slept peacefully. I got the room for a steal and would stay again if in town. I had a 24-hour layover.

Decent place, comfortable beds. Stayed 2 nights. Great price...but was bitten by bed bugs so bad! So much pain! Bites were swollen, blistered and got infected. If not for the bugs it was OK.

Positive: Right off the highway Negative: App said pay later when I made the reservation but was charged before showing up. The was asked for a card again claiming it was just for authorization. One day after checking out my card was charged again by these people at this garbage motel

Be really careful when you stay here at this place. Management will keep your deposit trying to say that you left the room and stuff was broken in the room. Then I communicate with them and the manager tells me that I was charged but that they weren't positive if it was me that broke it or the people before me or the people after me did it. It seems that they go keeping deposits as they like with our inspecting the rooms. Please inspect your room as soon as you go in and make sure that they come inspect the room before you leave this place. It seems they have no costumers care. BE REALLY CAREFUL. Management just cost me my account to over draft and they won't cover for their mistake.

Clean rooms clean hotel all around. Management is very professional and clear about deposits. See a lot of folks complaining about their deposits being returned but I witnessed management calling people who forgot their deposit. If you break or destroy the room they clearly tell you, you will not get your deposit back. This is one of if not the cleanest motel in fort collins

First off, the lobby is NOT open 24-hours. They close the entry door sometime between 9 and 10 pm each night. There's a phone on the wall next to the door and a sign says it can be used for any "urgent matter," but god forbid something urgent does arise. Our room keys kept deactivating, and one time we didn't get back to the hotel until 1 am, so we were forced to use the phone. A very irate owner scolded us and said not to put the key next to our cell phones (which we hadn't). She then told us we needed to leave immediately the next morning, which turned out to be an empty threat. The only reason we ever stay here is the super low price, but I'll be willing to pay a few dollars extra not to have to deal with such a rude and contradictory staff.

Very affordable motel. Bed was nice, sheets were very clean and towels were thick, high quality towels. Customer service was very good. Wifi when I was there, worked well also. 'There was fresh coffee all day. Location was along Interstate 25. I don't drive, so there was very little retail with-in walking distance, but for those who drive there is alot of restaurants and stores with-in 5 miles.
