Very good place and professional the staff was given soap and clean towels and very nice experience would recommend .
This is very nice place the service was nice and the room was good I would go here again this place is the best quality for a cheap rate and they offered soup and toiletries they had repaired my window when Simone broke it.
Prices are good, rooms are spacious, the staff is great. They do not supplies bathroom towels, soap or toilet tissue. If you are given a towel there is an assumed responsibility that you will wash it. They have a perfectly understandable reason for this. They are a mom and pop own motel and they are trying to keep their costs down so they can pass it on to the consumer and that to me makes perfect sense. They fill up quickly and have a great weekly rate for people. The rooms come with a fridge and microwave making your time there a lot more cost effective. The only thing that was disappointing was that xfinity had not come out and helped them get there wifi fixed while we stayed there. They would rather not have pets but will allow service animals with documentation. The lady in the office is very professional.
This motel is a bad place to stay. The owner and management allow drug dealing on property. They allow people to threaten other people on property. They say it's not their problem. Room are run down, mold, cracks everywhere, plumbing is bad, leaky faucets, leaks in the piping. The property in certain areas looks like a junkyard and you can never park your car in your space because of other people parking in your space. They are rude here and most times there's no one running the place that speaks English. So they can't understand you. Worst place in town. It needs to be condemned. City of Brighton needs to do inspection on this place. As well as Osha
If your needing a temporary place to stay, it's the cheapest around but it's not the most consistent in quality or pricing the owners charge what they want to charge, super run down and look as though the owners have no plans on putting money into this place. I would avoid if at all possible
This is not a $65 a night motel but when you have no other choice this is what you get. The first room had no TV. So they moved me to a second room. It had 2 beds and both were very uncomfortable. Its just a old very run down motel. Smells of cigarettes and something dead. I think the bugs in the room are free but they may not be. No soap in the shower. The lamps in the room had no shades on them. Only two plug-ins worked. The carpet was old wore out. The TV is antenna. No cable wifi or any modern convince. It's a $30 motel at best
I booked a room on short notice in June, 2020. The office manager Veronica was friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to extend my stay after unforeseen travel circumstances arose. The location is conveniently located in Brighton, allowing for easy commute times between Greeley, Boulder, and Denver. You are able to park directly in front of your room, as the motel is a one level. My room was equipped with basic cable, a mini fridge, and a microwave and cold A/C. This motel was one of the most affordable listings in the north Denver area, which can sometimes be a downfall. However, as a single woman traveling, I felt as though this was a safe and secure location for me and my vehicle. It appears as though the management lives on site and keeps a close eye on things. Keep in mind, this is not the $150/night Comfort Inn Suites. You won’t find a breakfast bar or chilled cucumber water dispensers in the lobby. This is an economical choice for people needing a safe and clean place to stay. They do not have a honeymoon suite that offers mints on your satin pillows, so please don’t take this positive review as such a recommendation.
Just spent roughly 3 hours trying to call. 37 different attempts to contact their front office. I am a truck driver and wanted to stay in a hotel right down the road from my delivery so to not start my clock for that day till I left. I got no answer of the phone, I have no clue what the room cost, I have no clue if they have rooms, I have no clue if I could even park my truck there. I have no information cause they dont answer the phone. I have never been there, or stayed there but if they cNt be bothered to answer their phones I cant imagine them be bothered to assure a good stay for their guest. The pictures of the rooms look dated the out side looks run down. The guest photos do no good for them. I was willing to ignore bad reviews and give them a shot, so I am not as one reviewer said, have a sad life. Again I have never stayed here, but if I cant even speak to a person to make a reservation and find out price then I have to use that as a litmus analysis and then take all other information into account. If you ha e no where else to go I am sure it will do, but if your planning a stay I cant imagine this place will be acceptable to you.
